TO COMMUNICATE . . . The Latin verb communicare means “to

make common to many, share, impart, divide.”

SIMPLY STATED . . . Communicationis the sharing of meaning bysendingand receivingsymbolic cues.

2) Non-verbal communication use of symbols other than words to transmit messages. It includes gestures, body language and how we utter words.
