Ok so to convert the paycode, there�s work on both ends that will have to be done. On the SAP side, suspense reason codes �14� & �5� will need to be collapsed together into suspense reason �14�. Suspense reasons �01� & �07� will need to be collapsed together into suspense code �01�.

Once that is complete, you can use the �Pay Status� tab on the Dual Maintenance Review excel document to map the paycodes. For example, the Artesia field WLDVPF.WLIRST will contain a code such as �SA� (cell A6). That will need to be mapped to PAY_CD = �02� (cell D6) and SUSP_CD = �02� (cell F6). Since you did the above combinations, the WLIRST of SS will only map to suspense reason code �14� and the WLIRST of ST will only map to suspense reason code of �01�.
