946 Suspense Code

Ok so to convert the paycode, there s work on both ends that will have to be done. On the SAP side, suspense reason codes 14 & 5 will need to be collapsed together in to suspense reason 14 . Suspense reasons 01 & 07 will need to be collapsed together int o suspense code 01 . Once that is complete, you can use the Pay Status tab on the Dual Maintenance Revi ew excel document to map the paycodes. For example, the Artesia field WLDVPF.WLIRST will contain a code such as SA (cell A6). That will need to be mapped to PAY_CD = 02 (cell D6) and SUSP_CD = 02 (cell F6) . Since you did the above combinations, the WLIRST of SS will only map to suspen se reason code 14 and the WLIRST of ST will only map to suspense reason code of 01 .
