About The Work Of The Organization :

Today's young is luckiest generation. Science and technology are getting

everything ready for them. To guide and inspire the work they are doing social service

agencies. Savitribai fule at the ideal of the female body established surabhi sanstha women

empowerment and environmental protection organizations have been working for Ten

years. India got Freedom around 70 Years ago ,but Womens are still are being persecute .

Though often try to raise awareness of the environment and to enable women need to go

into their core.

This is the goal of Surabhi Sanstha is to play a pivotal performance.

Educational:

Surabhi NGO is the NGO that primarily focus more on women's progress and

environmental balance. Women intellectual, economic and social status of its major aim.

For it is SSI, Cottage industry, technical courses (sewing, crafts, cooking, embroidery,

knitting, beauty parlour) etc. Training is given by the our organization. There should be

all-round development of women making love for reading. The Institute has also

established a library.

Social : Contribution of Surabhi Sanstha is a very important to the field of social

Organizations. Under social recognition more emphasis on the superstition eradication,

For this lectures and signs presentation events arranged by the NGO. And improving

women's position has been established by NABARD various SHGs and JLGs savings

groups. They are given vocational training. And proper guidance is given to SHG’s to take

load from R.D.C bank.

To clear Superstition and misconceptions of Snakes, Surabhi Sanstha organizes

lectures on it. Most schools have participated in this program in Raigad District. We held

seminar every year for womens at 8 March at the occassion of Womens Day. In this

seminar women express their own feelings. In all these activities the experience of

women and girls of their daily problems marriage disputes, legal knowledge, superstition

extermination, mental problems, before marriage counselling NGO has been started

counselling center to guide them.

Mhasala Raigad district of Maharashtra, in 2010-11, or venture into the rural

guarantee scheme to promote, disseminate and raise awareness of the work behind '' the 15

villages in the works employment guarantees.

In 2009 – 10 Shrivardhan and Mhasala taluka suffered by water tanker in (P.R.A)

villagers informed the Conservation of natural water (rain water harvesting) to adopt

shared mulyavalokana systems. It was the participation of 15 cities.

Health: Health camp and yoga camp for women “Mera Bharat , Swastha Bharat” is taken

from' of 2009 in collaboration with the huge response from women.

Surabhi Sanstha is giving lectures to teenagers girls about teenage.

Medical camps to promote and spread, leprosy, aids, cancer and so on. Health related

programs are conducted.

Less money to raise awareness about the deadly disease like canser. Entire body is

examined, Therefore, the courses may be taken advantage of so that the diagnosis may be

normal and all.

Agriculture and Environment: Surabhi have been implementing important programs for safety of nature. In

Ganesh Festival there is awareness program to prevent Water Pollution. Also with help of

College students Beaches are cleaned after Ganesh Visarjana. Holi is played with Natural Colors like natural color of turmeric powder, paste floral,

beta pulp, multani soil, amla powder, etc.

Tree Plantation is done in schools and colleges. Also Anti Fire Crackers Campaign are

held every year in Alibag among 207 schools of Kokan Education Society.

Nehru Youth Kendra Raigad has selected Surabhi Sanstha as Inspirational Youth

Club of 2011-2012. Capacity building and public awareness of the village comes from the

youth board Training. Nehru Youth Kendra Raigad the deployment of youth affair

ministry raigad & Sports govt. Of India the deployment of India’s behalf in 2012-2013

District Youth Award was given for social work. Organization under the youth welfare district sports office raigad come to different

skill development training. On behalf of the directorate of sports and youth services in

Maharashtra state in 2014-2015 was given the award in the district youth.

Under the campaign of “Save Water” Stone Bunds were constructed by the hardwork

of college students and local villagers. Under “Environmental Awareness Campaign” anti-

fireworks campaign are held every year. Lecture about fatal consequences on the

environment and health are given to students .

Surabhi Sanstha’s working in cathment area is also impressive. By the approval of

Pune Yashada and State Development Vasundhara of Pune Capacity Building, Livelihood

Development program and Skill Development Programs are implemented Successfully on

villagers of Raigad and Ratnagiri districts.

Water if Life. And no living thing can live without water. Proper management of

water is very important. Increasing population , urbanization and increase in

temperature and also less amount of trees are the direct result of shortage of Water.

To stop degradation of environment Integrated Watershed Development program should be taken as result cities will be developed. This is a really serious thing that concerns the life of each person in the community. Our NGO has given birth to new innovative ideas to solve problems like this.

Surabhi Sanstha has shown so far by various social activities successfully .
