Command Shortcut

Group Ctrl + G

Ungroup Ctrl + Shift + G

Duplicate (1 step vs copy & paste) Ctrl + D

Save As F12

Launch slides from slide 1 F5

Launch slides from slide 1 Shift + F5

Increase/Decrease font size Ctrl + Shift + >/<

Show guidelines Alt + F9

Copy & paste attributes from one object to another

Ctrl + Shift + C/V

Select multiple objects Hold Shift while clicking

Command Shortcut

Go to a specific slide number (slide) number + Enter

Black screen (go to or back from) B

White screen (go to or back from) W

Use a pen/pointer Ctrl + P

Use an arrow pointer Ctrl + A

Hide the pen/arrow/pointer tool Ctrl + H

Erase pen annotations E

View All Slides list Ctrl + S

Open shortcut menu during a presentation Shift + F10

Open “Presentation Help” during a presentation
