Pacific Beach, divided into alphabetical streets ofgems and mineral, is very much a grid. The lower end ismuch like Mission Beach, with a blend of college-goers,and singles.

We prefer ads sent digitally via email or FTP. Weaccept files condensed with Stuffit or Zip. PDF files are fineas long as b/w ads are 600 dpi, color 300 dpi. Please makesure all art and fonts are embedded. All Illustrator filesmust have all fonts outlined (converted to art) and allimages embedded or include all linked artwork/photos.Photos should be set to 200/more dpi. Keep in mind thatphotos sent in JPEG or GIF formats usually do not printwell. When sending Quark files, be sure to include allimages and all fonts with your layout file. We cannot beheld responsible for incomplete files.
We cannot accept b/w or color ads as Microsoft Word,Excel, Office, Publisher, Pagemaker or any other PCword processing format. All ads sent in Word will be treat-ed as roughs only, but any & all art/photos etc. still need tobe supplied on CD or via email. “Advertorials” in Wordformat are acceptable. ERRORS: Liability of the publisher forerrors is limited to the cost of thespace containing the error and limit-ed to the first insertion. Notification oferror must be made within 5 days ofpublication.
