Lab Proctor /CBT Test Manager Teacher
Principal& proctor create/coordinate CBT testing schedule.
Submit test for scoring only when the student has completed all sections of test.
Prepare student by using Measured Progress practice tests.
Verify accuracy of the class rosters-including accom. codes, withdrawn students, etc. by Mar.31.
Indentify and report security issues.
Verify accuracy of the class roster, including accom., with the proctor by Mar. 31.
Coordinate withtech to make sure all technology is ready for testing. Should be set up by Mar. 15.
Print student tickets , help students log in, provide Test Access Code to students.
Handout student tickets for day of testing& help students log in.
Check thatcomputers are operational daily before testing.
Manage testing sessions, monitorproctor station,& retrieve reports for school/teachers.
Assign student seating in the lab – thoughtfully and strategically.
Keep checklist to verify all students complete testing.

Assign Proctor Test Sessions
Log into the MP website &click “Go to Training DAS Site”
Type USERNAME & PASSWORD
Click “Manage”& then “Staff Accounts”
Choose“School”from the drop down
To Add/Modify Staff• Enter proctor name, user name, password (6
letters/numbers), email (use yours)
• Click “Tests” button& choose the tests they can proctor
• Click “Groups”& choose the groups they can proctor
• Select the “Role” as Proctor from the drop down arrow

To Edit a Staff Member
• Click “Edit” (it will change to Update/Cancel)
• Click “Groups Button”
• Select the Groups you want to assign or change to the Proctor
• Check or uncheck• You can change any info here except the username
• When you are done click “Update” to your left

Manage Student Data• Select “Manage”
•then “Student List”
• Select “Grade” on your right
• To Filter click icon
• To add select “Add Student”

Reporting Groups
Add New Student/Test/Accommodations
• Click on Add Student, add information, then click “Validate Student.”
• Assign Testing Session, Test Name, Reporting group, Participation Status &Accom. for student in each subject.
• Click “CLOSE” at the bottom

Adjust Student’s Participation• Click “View” next to student’s name & then “Edit” by Testing Session enter changes
• Click “Update” and at the bottom of the page

Manage Groups• Click “Manage” and then “Reporting Groups.”
• To add group, edit alternate name, move students, or print tickets

How to Print Log-In Tickets
1. On the Navigation Bar, click on “Reporting” then “Monitor Test Progress”
2. Select a “School” in the drop down
3. Go to “Test” and choose the appropriate test

4. Choose one group from the “Group” drop-down list
5. Choose Progress or Receipt
6. Choose report type PDF, Excel, etc.
7. Choose 1 or 4
8. Click “Red Ticket”

2. Type in your assigned “User Name” and selected “Password” then click, “Login”
Proctor Workstation: Starting Test
3. Choose the appropriate test from the “Test Available for Starting a New Session” screen.
4. Note “Test Access Code.” This is the portal that allows the students to test. Write the code on the board. Choose “General Directions” then the “Go”Button.

STUDENT1. At the Student Workstation, Login use the information from your student ticket, and click the “Login” Button.http://students.utah.measuredprogress.org
2. Then enter “Test Access Code” on the board, and click “Start Test” button.
3. You will then be guided through the test by your Teacher.When finished with the test,select “Complete” then “Close.”

TeacherTeacher: From TAM (Teacher Administration Manual), read directions aloud as students follow along on screen. When finished, advise the Proctor that you are ready to proceed.Proctor:Move to “Section 1,” then click the “Go” button.
Teacher: Conduct test, advising theProctors when studentshave finished their tests.
Proctor: Monitor student progress on the right side of the Proctor screen.

Use “Pause Test” button in case of emergency i.e., fire drill. There is 20 min. window from the time you hit “Pause Test” button.

When students have completed Section 1, click “Section 2” in the
test Navigation Window, then click “Go.”
When students have completed all sections of the test, click “End Session” button.

Click “Test Session Comments” window for reporting.
Click “End Session” then the “Confirmation Window” will appear. Click “OK”

The “Scoring Submission Receipt” window will open. For live sessions, please printthese receipts and staple them to the CBT Testing Logs.
Click on “Test Selection”. This goes back to“Test Selection” Screen. Repeat the process to do additional tests or when finished, click “Logout”. 30
