processing systems through formal and informal discussions
Convey science data continuity through DB missions
Provide a roadmap for DB science algorithm development and
availability
From Community to Gov Agencies:
To qualitatively and quantitatively assess access and use of EOS
direct broadcast data world-wide
Assess utility of DB data for the decision–making
infrastructure
Identify and understand the impediments to access, processing and
utility of EOS DB data
Identify algorithm and technology development areas that should be
addressed by government organizations
