EXECUTED:

• Complex of construction and installation works on reconstruction of existing industrial plants and additional buildings with

the total area of 35000 sq.m. and building area 20 ha and putting into operation the object built along with the works:

• Reconstruction of building part of industrial and administration and amenity rooms.

• Supply and installation of all technological equipment in full.

• Supply and installation of 6 two transformer ТП 10/0,4 kV.

• Reconstruction of cubicles10 kV , delivery of equipment for ПС 110/10 kV«Malynivka».

• Filler piece КЛ-10 and 0,4 kV.

• Installation of networks, outside lighting, water delivery, canalization, showerly and faecal in-site utility networks a full scale.

• Construction and installation of pumping system with the water tower.

• Supply and installation of boiling room including 2 boilers ДКВР and the complex of gas engine generator.

• Execution of land improvements, including in-site asphaltic roads;

• Putting the object into operation.

EXECUTED: • Installation of foundations of boiler room, pumproom, smoke-induced room and foundations of two gas boilers;

• Delivery and installation of metal constructions frame, boiler room, pumproom, smoke-induced room , enclosure structures made from sandwich panels, membrane roof construction;

• Delivery and installation of heating conduit, diameter up to 1020 mm included as well as pipes of auxiliary equipment of the substation;

• Delivery and installation of water boiler КВ-Г-116,3-150 with a capacity of 100 Hkal/hour, blower ВДН-18 with frequency regulated and complex of technical process auto control (АСУ ТП);

• Delivery and installation of smoke flue elements with the hookup point into exsting reinforced concrete smoke pipe 80 m high;

• Delivery and installation of complex station-service switchboard 6 kV (КРУСН-6kV), complex switchboard 0,4 kV (КРУ-0,4kV), two dry type transformers 6/0,4 kV 1000 kVA, with cabal lines 6 kV made from crossed linked polyethylene;

• Delivery and installation of two cubicles 6 kV for ПС 110/6 kV «Yuzhnaya» with the complex of installation and pre-commissioning works;

• Delivery and installation and adjusting of technical process auto control АСУ ТП realized at Honeywell construction;

• Pre-commissioning works of all thermotechnical and electrical equipment of АСУ ТП system;

• Delivery and installation of additional ventilation systems and climate control, gas suppression system, clock system, phone line;

• Execution of works on installation of external engineer nets and installation of technological gas pipe of 700mm diameter;

• Execution of land improvements, including in-site asphaltic roads;

• Pre-commissioning works on station equipment with the combined testing;

• Putting the object into operation. Works were executed within the conditions of new construction.

• Boiler equipment supply TPE-223 steam capacity 630 t/h for units №№ 8 & 9;

• Turbine pipelines supply for piping of turbine K-225-12,8-4P for units №№ 8 & 9;

• Procurement of high and middle pressure station pipelines for units №№ 8 & 9 (HPP, CPP, PV etc.).

New Units were constructed within the conditions of operating station

EXECUTED:

• Inspection of reinforced concrete and metal structures of the dam; • Development of a working draft of a hydroelectric power station; • A complex of construction works on clearing the reservoir bed and creating sewn dams; • The complex of construction works on the device downstream drainage; • Production and installation of gates of the culvert dam; • Fabrication and installation of gates and wired grids of the HES water intake device; • The construction of a power plant and a tail drain; • Installation of electro-mechanical equipment; • Installation of a 10 / 0.4 kV power distribution substation; • Supply and installation of auxiliary systems, ventilation, fire extinguishing systems, fire and security alarms,

telephone network; • A set of works on the installation of external engineering networks was completed. Landscaping completed; • Commissioning work was completed on the station equipment with a comprehensive test; • Commissioning of the facility.

AN ELECTRIC POWER FACILITY RECONSTRUCTION

EXECUTED: • 6 oil switches of МКП-110 kV type with foundation have been dismantled;

• 6 SF 6 circuit-breaker of 110kV of 120-SFM-32B type have been installed, six sets of current transformer 110kV of ТФЗМ-

110-Б-IVУ1 type, 1 set of voltage transformer 110 kV of НКФ-110-II-У1 type with foundation;

• Installation earthing ring and new cable trays;

• Modification of entrances and bus arrangement 110 kV, re-laying of two ВЛ-110 kV for electric substation;

• Delivery of installed binders of ЯПВ, ЯОВ, ЯЗВ, ЯЗ types, relay boards;

• All commissioning works have been executed;

• Outdated net bar of substation was replaced with reinforced concrete fence

All works were executed within the conditions of operating substation 110 kV

Execution of EPCI-contracts includes:

- project works; - selection and delivery of equipment; - installation and construction works; - startup and commissioning of equipment; - staff training; - placing in operation.
