2 Pilot ladder rigged on port side with man ropesand a pilot ladder on standby on the starboardside

3 Adequate accommodation must be suppliedto all shore side personnel

4 Minimum of 2 winch drums on aft deck mustbe able to operate simultaneously

5 If there is no winch forward of theaccommodation then aft deck must havesufficient bitts to secure 10 lines
