Wheat free Muffins 3 banana, mashed 1/3 cup apple sauce ( I use the Purity baby apple sauce) 2 cups oats ¼ cup almond milk or substitute with coconut milk with a little almond essence ½ cup raisins ½ cup almonds, chopped 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 teaspoon cinnamon Mix all the ingredients and drop onto a baking tray lined with baking paper or use muffin tins. Bake at 180o for 15 – 20 minutes
