Room Rate: $159 single/double + applicable state & local taxes

Room Reservation Cut-Off Date: Monday, July 18, 2016. All reservation requests received after this date will be subject to availability and hotel rack rates. Note: to ensure receiving our group rate make your reservations early. If your plans change, room reservations can be cancelled without penalty if cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival.

Airport/Hotel Transportation: The Hilton Milwaukee City Center is approximately 9 miles from the General Mitchell International Airport (MKE). GO Riteway Transportation shuttles provide door-to-door airport service to the Hilton Milwaukee City Center (shared shuttle may make additional hotel stops). Cost: $15 one-way or $29 roundtrip. There is a GO Riteway Transportation Desk right across from Baggage Claim 3 where you can purchase your ticket or you can call GO Riteway Transportation Group at 1-800-236-5450. Taxi service is available via the taxi pickup station located outside of Baggage Claim 3. Cross the Baggage Claim roadway, and follow the signs to the taxi lane behind the rental car area. Approximate cost: $30 one-way.

Parking: For those individuals choosing to travel by car, the Hilton, Milwaukee City Center offers on-site self-parking for $25 per day, plus 5.6% tax = $26.40.

Cancellations and Substitutions: Substitutions will be accepted anytime. However, cancellations of confirmed registrants with full refund of fees will not be accepted unless received at least one week prior to the conference date. In the unlikely event the conference is canceled for any reason, AFS liability is limited to the return of the registration fee.
