Our experienced team can put together the perfect package for you and your partner, whether you are after a small intimate ceremony or want to fill our grand Town Hall, you can rest assured that ev-erything is in hand.

We are here to create an incredible day for you, therefore we can make any request happen. Choose from our standard package or work with our Wedding Coordinator to create a perfectly tailored day for you and your partner.

The Glenroy AuditoriumHere at the Dunedin Centre we have a range of venues to choose from for your wedding. If you are looking for a reception venue, our Glenroy Auditorium can be set up to suit your needs. Seating up to 200, you can host a large reception in this impressive setting.

The TerraceOr perhaps our hidden gem, located on the outdoor rooftop of the Dunedin Centre, is the perfect match for you. The Terrace sits at the top of the Dunedin Centre and offers a beautiful backdrop for a ceremony or reception.

The Dunedin Town HallIf you want to experience a truly spectacular venue, our Town Hall is the perfect choice; with a grand organ as its centre piece, this venue will create lasting memories for you and all your guests. Bigger than the Glenroy Auditorium, you can seat up to 500 guests in this grand building.

CateringOur exclusive catering partners, Restaurant Associates can create a tailored menu for your wedding. They deliver boutique fine dining with exceptional service and will provide an outstanding experience for you and your guests on your wedding day.

With buffet and plated options available, you can choose to follow a set menu or create your own bespoke meal by selecting your favourite options.

Your Wedding Coordinator can help you create a menu that fits you and your guests including any specific dietary requirements.

Wedding Package

AVERAGE PRICE

$70 - $80+ GST PER PERSON*

Our standard package offers you all you need for your wedding day, however if you would like to tailor your day, or add in ad-ditional features, our expert Wedding Coordinator can make this happen.

Host your wedding at the Town Hall or Glenroy Auditorium

Package includes:

• Standard Buffet and Dessert Buffet

• Professional food and beverage staff

• Reception set up to suit your requirements

• Tables and chairs for the reception

• Table linen, napkins, glassware, cutlery and crockery

• Wedding cake table and cake knife

• Gift table

• Buffet tables (if required)

• Exclusive hire of the venue from 9.00am to midnight (access to the venue the day before – subject to availability)

• Staffing (as determined by Dunedin Venues)

• Standard in-house PA system

• 1 x Security Guard 6pm – 12am

• Use of Dunedin Centre and Municipal Chambers for photography (access to Town Hall is subject to availability)

• Dedicated Dunedin Venues Wedding Coordinator

* The average price per person of $70 - 80 + GST is based on a minimum of 100 guests in the Glenroy Auditorium or 200 guests in the Dunedin Town Hall.

WE CAN MAKE IT HAPPEN

Additional ExtrasAs well as working with you on the venue set up, we can also help you put the additional touches to your wedding day by put-ting you in touch with a number of specialist companies includ-ing florists, photographers, theming companies, bands and DJs.

We are here to help make your day truly memorable. If you have a specific request for your ceremony or reception, speak to your Wedding Coordinator who will be able to put you in touch with the relevant company.
