A Jam Session

Keep it Positive• We’re here for a good cause! We

don’t need any negative energy (or action) to get in the way tonight! Keep it positive and treat everyone here with respect!

Respect the Mic• We’ll have periodic breaks in the

performances specifically for folks to chit chat and socialize. When someone’s on the mic, do your best to let them be heard.

SHOW your Love• Show your love to the artist by

cheering them on! It takes a lot to get in front of a crowd.

• Show your love to the venue by supporting the bar and kitchen and also having patience with the staff as they handle your orders!

• Don’t forget to tip well!

Why We’re Here

At 4:53pm local time on Tuesday, January 12th the ground in Haiti began to shake violently. After only a few moments, more than 250,000 buildings had collapsed trapping hundreds of thousands in their rubble. A massive cloud of dust rose over the city of Port Au Prince, motivated by the sheer force of the simultaneous collapse. In an instant more than a quarter million people were dead and over one million people were left to the whims of Mother Nature without shelter.

Tonight is a way to celebrate the lives of the millions of people who are left behind and pay respect to those who perished. We are combining our creative energies tonight to send positive energy (and tangible support) to the remaining Haitian people.

Don’t Stop Here:
