TIÊU CHUẨN QUỐC GIA TCVN 5699-1 : 2010 THIẾT BỊ ĐIỆN GIA DỤNG VÀ THIẾT BỊ ĐIỆN TƯƠNG TỰ - AN TOÀN - PHẦN 1: YÊU CẦU CHUNG Household and similar electrical appliances - Safety - Part 1: General requirements Lời nói đầu TCVN 5699-1:2010 thay thế choTCVN 5699-1:2004; TCVN 5699-1:2010 hoàn toàn tương đương với IEC 60335-1:2010; TCVN 5699-1:2010 do Ban kỹ thuật tiêu chuẩn quốc gia TCVN/TC/E2 Thiết bị điện dân dụng biên soạn, Tổng cục Tiêu chuẩn Đo lường Chất lượng đề nghị, Bộ Khoa học và Công nghệ công bố. Lời giới thiệu Tiêu chuẩn này nêu các mức được chấp nhận về bảo vệ chống các nguy hiểm về điện, cơ, nhiệt, cháy và bức xạ của các thiết bị khi hoạt động trong điều kiện sử dụng bình thường có tính đến hướng dẫn của nhà chế tạo. Tiêu chuẩn này cũng để cập đến những trường hợp bất thường dự kiến có thể xảy ra trong thực tế và có tính đến cách mà các hiện tượng điện từ trường có thể ảnh hưởng đến hoạt động an toàn của thiết bị. Tiêu chuẩn này có xét đến các yêu cầu qui định trong bộ tiêu chuẩn TCVN 7447 (IEC 60364) ở những nơi có thể để tương thích với qui tắc đi dây khi thiết bị được nối vào nguồn điện lưới. Tuy nhiên, các qui tắc đi dây có thể khác nhau ở các quốc gia khác nhau. Nếu các thiết bị thuộc phạm vi áp dụng của tiêu chuẩn này cũng có các chức năng được đề cập trong các phần 2 khác của bộ tiêu chuẩn TCVN 5699 (1EC 60335), thì áp dụng các tiêu chuẩn phần 2 liên quan đó cho từng chức năng riêng rẽ ở mức hợp lý. Nếu có thể, cần xem xét ảnh hưởng giữa chức năng này và các chức năng khác. Nếu tiêu chuẩn phần 2 không nêu các yêu cầu bổ sung liên quan đến các nguy hiểm nêu trong phần 1 thì áp dụng phần 1. CHÚ THÍCH 1: Điều này có nghĩa là các ban kỹ thuật chịu trách nhiệm đối với các tiêu chuẩn phần 2 đã xác định rằng các yêu cầu cụ thể đối với thiết bị đang xem xét không nhất thiết phải đưa ra các yêu cầu cao hơn so với yêu cầu chung. Tiêu chuẩn này là tiêu chuẩn họ sản phẩm đề cập đến an toàn của các thiết bị và được ưu tiên hơn so với các tiêu chuẩn ngang và các tiêu chuẩn chung qui định cho cùng đối tượng. Tiu chun ny nu cc mc c chp nhn v bo v chng cc nguy him v in, c, nhit, chy v bc x ca cc thit b khi hot ng trong iu kin s dng bnh thng c tnh n hng dn ca nh ch to. Tiu chun ny cng cp n nhng trng hp bt thng d kin c th xy ra trong thc t v c tnh n cch m cc hin tng in t trng c th nh hng n hot ng an ton ca thit b.

Tiu chun ny c xt n cc yu cu qui nh trong b tiu chun TCVN 7447 (IEC 60364) nhng ni c th tng thch vi qui tc i dy khi thit b c ni vo ngun in li. Tuy nhin, cc qui tc i dy c th khc nhau cc quc gia khc nhau.

Nu cc thit b thuc phm vi p dng ca tiu chun ny cng c cc chc nng c cp trong cc phn 2 khc ca b tiu chun TCVN 5699 (1EC 60335), th p dng cc tiu chun phn 2 lin quan cho tng chc nng ring r mc hp l. Nu c th, cn xem xt nh hng gia chc nng ny v cc chc nng khc.

Nu tiu chun phn 2 khng nu cc yu cu b sung lin quan n cc nguy him nu trong phn 1 th p dng phn 1.

Tiu chun ny l tiu chun h sn phm cp n an ton ca cc thit b v c u tin hn so vi cc tiu chun ngang v cc tiu chun chung qui nh cho cng i tng.

CH THCH 2: Khng p dng tiu chun ngang v tiu chun chung c cp n nguy him v cc tiu chun ny c xt n khi xy dng cc yu cu chung v yu cu c th i vi b tiu chun TCVN 5699 (IEC 60335). V d, trong trng hp cc yu cu v nhit b mt trn nhiu thit b, khng p dng tiu chun chung, v d ISO 13732-1 i vi b mt nng, m ch p dng cc tiu chun phn 1 v phn 2 ca b tiu chun TCVN 5699 (IEC 60335).

Mt thit b ph hp vi ni dung ca tiu chun ny th khng nht thit c coi l ph hp vi cc nguyn tc an ton ca tiu chun nu, thng qua kim tra v th nghim, nhn thy c cc c trng khc gy nh hng xu n mc an ton c cp bi cc yu cu ny.

Thit b s dng vt liu hoc c cc dng kt cu khc vi ni dung c nu trong cc yu cu ca tiu chun ny c th c kim tra v th nghim theo mc ch ca cc yu cu v, nu nhn thy l c s tng ng v cn bn th c th coi l ph hp vi tiu chun ny.

Household and similar electrical appliances - Safety - Part 1: General requirements

1. Phm vi p dng

Tiu chun ny qui nh v an ton i vi cc thit b in gia dng v cc mc ch s dng tng t, c in p danh nh khng ln hn 250 V i vi thit b mt pha v 480 V i vi cc thit b khc.

CH THCH 1: Thit b hot ng bng pin/acqui v cc thit b c cp in bng ngun mt chiu cng thuc phm vi p dng ca tiu chun ny.

Thit b khng nhm s dng bnh thng trong gia nh nhng i khi c th l ngun gy nguy him cho cng chng, v d nh cc thit b c thit k nhng ngi khng c chuyn mn s dng trong cc ca hiu, trong ngnh cng nghip nh v trong cc trang tri, cng thuc phm vi p dng ca tiu chun ny.

CH THCH 2: V d v cc loi thit b nh vy l cc thit b cp liu, thit b lm sch dng cho mc ch thng mi, v cc thit b dng trong cc hiu lm u.

4. Yu cu chung

Thit b phi c kt cu hot ng an ton trong s dng bnh thng m khng gy nguy him cho con ngi hoc cc vt xung quanh, ngay c khi thiu cn thn c th xy ra trong s dng bnh thng.

Nhn chung nguyn tc ny t c bng cch p ng y cc yu cu lin quan qui nh trong tiu chun ny v s ph hp c kim tra bng cch thc hin ton b cc th nghim c lin quan.

5. iu kin chung i vi cc th nghim

Nu khng c qui nh no khc, cc th nghim c tin hnh ph hp vi iu ny.

5.1. Th nghim theo tiu chun ny l th nghim in hnh.

CH THCH: Th nghim thng xuyn c m t trong Ph lc A.

5.2. Cc th nghim c tin hnh trn mt thit b v phi chu c tt c cc th nghim c lin quan. Tuy nhin, cc th nghim iu 20, t iu 22 (tr 22.10, 22.11 v 22.18) n iu 26, iu 28, iu 30 v iu 31 c th tin hnh trn cc thit b ring bit. Th nghim ca 22.3 c thc hin trn mt mu mi.

5.3. Cc th nghim c tin hnh theo th t ca cc iu. Tuy nhin, th nghim 22.11 trn thit b nhit phng c thc hin trc cc th nghim iu 8. Cc th nghim ca iu 14, 21.2 v 22.24 c thc hin sau cc th nghim ca iu 29. Th nghim ca 19.14 c tin hnh trc th nghim ca 19.11.

Nu cn c theo kt cu ca thit b c th thy r l khng phi thc hin mt th nghim c th no th khng tin hnh th nghim .

5.4. Khi th nghim cc thit b cng c cp ngun bi cc ngun nng lng khc, v d nh kh, th phi tnh n nh hng ca vic tiu th cc nng lng ny.5.5. Cc th nghim c tin hnh trn thit b hoc cc b phn di ng bt k ca thit b c t v tr bt li nht c th xy ra trong qu trnh s dng bnh thng.

5.6. Thit b c b khng ch hoc c cu ng ct c th nghim vi cc b khng ch hoc c cu ng ct ny c iu chnh n ch t bt li nht nu ch t ny c thit k ngi s dng c th thay i c.

CH THCH 1: Nu b khng ch c phng tin iu chnh c th tip cn c m khng cn n dng c th p dng iu ny, cho d vic t ch c th thay i bng tay hay bng dng c. Nu khng th tip cn phng tin iu chnh khi khng c dng c, v nu ngi s dng khng c php thay i ch t th khng p dng iu ny.

5.10. Cc th nghim c tin hnh trn thit b nh khi c giao. Tuy nhin, mt thit b c kt cu l mt thit b trn b nhng li giao dng mt s khi th c th nghim sau khi lp rp theo hng dn i km thit b.

5.11. Thit b d kin c ni n h thng i dy c nh bng dy dn mm c th nghim vi dy dn mm thch hp ni vo thit b.

CH THCH: Nhn chung, h s nhit c coi l ng k nu in p danh nh, cng sut vo ca thit b trong iu kin ngui sai khc qu 25 % so vi cng sut vo nhit lm vic.

5.13. Cc th nghim i vi thit b c phn t gia nhit PTC, v cc th nghim i vi thit b gia nhit v thit b kt hp trong cc phn t gia nhit c cp in qua ngun in bng phng thc ng ct c thc hin in p tng ng vi cng sut vo qui nh.

Khi c qui nh cng sut vo ln hn cng sut vo danh nh th h s nhn in p bng cn bc hai ca h s nhn cng sut vo.

5.14. Nu thit b cp 0I hoc thit b cp I c cc b phn kim loi chm ti c nhng khng ni t v khng cch ly vi b phn mang in bng b phn kim loi trung gian c ni t th cc b phn nh vy phi c kim tra s ph hp vi cc yu cu thch hp qui nh cho kt cu cp II.

Nu thit b cp 0I hoc thit b cp I c cc b phn phi kim loi chm ti c, th cc b phn c kim tra s ph hp vi cc yu cu thch hp c qui nh i vi kt cu cp ll tr khi cc b phn ny c cch ly vi cc b phn mang in bng b phn kim loi trung gian c ni t.

CH THCH: Ph lc P a ra hng dn v cc yu cu tng cng c th c s dng m bo vic bo v chng cc nguy him v in v nhit mc chp nhn c i vi cc loi thit b c th s dng trong h thng lp t khng c dy ni t bo v cc nc c kh hu nng m khng i.

5.15. Nu thit b c cc b phn hot ng in p cc thp an ton, th cc b phn c kim tra s ph hp vi cc yu cu thch hp c qui nh i vi kt cu cp III.

5.16. Khi th nghim mch in t th ngun cung cp khng c c nhiu t cc ngun ngoi c th gy nh hng n kt qu th nghim.

5.17. Thit b chy bng pin/acqui np li c th th nghim theo Ph lc B.

5.19. Nu mt thnh phn hoc mt b phn ca thit b c c c tnh t phc hi v c tnh khng t phc hi v nu khng yu cu c tnh khng t phc hi ph hp vi tiu chun ny, th thit b c thnh phn hoc b phn phi c th nghim vi c tnh khng t phc hi c lm cho mt hiu lc.

6. Phn loi

6.1. Thit b phi thuc mt trong cc cp bo v chng in git sau y:cp 0, cp 0I, cp I, cp II, cp lIl.

7. Ghi nhn v hng dn

7.1. Thit b phi c ghi nhn vi cc ni dung sau:

- in p danh nh hoc di in p danh nh, tnh bng vn;

- k hiu loi ngun, tr khi c ghi tn s danh nh;

- cng sut vo danh nh, tnh bng ot, hoc dng in danh nh, tnh bng ampe;

- tn, thng hiu hoc nhn nhn bit ca nh ch to hoc i l c y quyn;

- kiu hoc kiu tham chiu;

- k hiu IEC 60417-5172 (2003-02), ch i vi thit b cp II;

- s IP theo cp bo v chng s xm nhp ca nc, nu khc vi IPX0;

- k hiu IEC 60417-5180 (2003-02), i vi thit b cp III. Ghi nhn ny l khng cn thit i vi thit b ch lm vic bng pin/acqui (pin/acqui s cp hoc pin/acqui th cp np li c bn ngoi thit b).

CH THCH 1: Ch s th nht ca m IP khng cn phi ghi trn thit b.

CH THCH 2: c php ghi thng tin b sung trn nhn min l khng gy nhm ln.

7.3. Thit b c mt di cc gi tr danh nh v c th hot ng m khng cn iu chnh trn ton di phi c ghi nhn cc gii hn di v gii hn trn ca di, cch nhau bng du gch ngang.

CH THCH 1: V d 115-230 V: Thit b thch hp vi mi gi tr trong di ghi (kp un tc c phn t gia nhit PTC hoc thit b c ngun cung cp in bng phng thc ng ct u vo).

V d: 230 V/400 V: Thit b ch thch hp vi cc gi tr in p ch ra, trong 230 V l hot ng vi in p mt pha cn 400 V l hot ng vi in p ba pha (my ra bt c cc u ni cho c hai ngun cung cp).

7.4. Nu thit b c th iu chnh c v cc in p danh nh khc nhau, th phi thy r c thit b c iu chnh v in p no. Nu thit b khng i hi phi thay i in p t mt cch thng xuyn, th yu cu ny c coi l tha mn nu in p danh nh m thit b c iu chnh c th xc nh c bng s i dy gn c nh trn thit b.

7.9. Tr khi hin nhin l khng cn thit, cc thit b ng ct khi thao tc c th gy nguy him phi c ghi nhn hoc b tr ch ra mt cch r rng n khng ch b phn no ca thit b. Cc ch dn dng cho mc ch ny, trong phm vi p dng c phi hiu c m khng cn n cc kin thc v ngn ng hay cc tiu chun quc gia.

7.12.1. Nu cn phi thc hin cc bin php phng nga trong qu trnh lp t thit b, th phi cung cp y cc thng tin thch hp.

7.13. Hng dn v cc ni dung khc m tiu chun ny qui nh phi c vit bng ngn ng chnh thc ca quc gia mua thit b.

7.14. Nhn theo yu cu ca tiu chun ny phi r rng v bn.

7.15. Ni dung nhn theo qui nh t 7.1 n 7.5 phi ghi trn b phn chnh ca thit b.

Ni dung ghi nhn trn thit b phi c th thy r c t pha ngoi thit b, hoc, nu cn thit, sau khi tho np y ra. i vi thit b di ng, phi c th tho hoc m np ny ra m khng cn dng n dng c.

i vi thit b t tnh ti, khi thit b c lp t nh s dng bnh thng, t nht phi nhn thy tn hoc thng hiu hay nhn nhn bit ca nh ch to hoc i l y quyn v kiu hoc kiu tham chiu. Cc nhn ny c th nm bn di np y tho ra c. Cc nhn khc ch c th nm di np y nu chng gn cc u ni. i vi thit b lp c nh, p dng yu cu ny sau khi lp t theo hng dn i km thit b.

Cc ch dn i vi thit b ng ct v cc b khng ch phi c t trn hoc gn cc linh kin ny. Khng c t ch dn trn cc b phn m khi nh v hoc nh v li, c th lm cho nhn b hiu sai.

7.16. Nu s ph hp vi tiu chun ny ph thuc vo s tc ng ca cu nhit hoc cu chy thay th c th thng s tham chiu hoc cc thng tin khc nhn bit cu nhit hoc cu chy phi c ghi nhn mt ni no sao cho nhn thy c mt cch r rng khi thit b c tho ra ti mc cn thit thay th cu nhit hoc cu chy ny.CH THCH: c php ghi nhn trn dy chy vi iu kin l phi c c nhn sau khi cu nhit hoc cu chy tc ng.

Yu cu ny khng p dng cho cc cu nhit hoc cu chy m ch c th thay th cng vi mt b phn ca thit b.

8. Bo v chng chm vo cc b phn mang in

8.1. Thit b phi c kt cu v che chn bo v mt cch chc chn chng chm ngu nhin vo cc b phn mang in.

Kim tra s ph hp bng cch xem xt v bng cc th nghim t 8.1.1 n 8.1.3, khi p dng c, c tnh n 8.1.4 v 8.1.5.

8.1.1. Yu cu 8.1 p dng cho tt c cc t th ca thit b khi thit b hot ng nh trong s dng bnh thng v sau khi tho cc b phn c th tho ri.

CH THCH: iu ny loi tr vic s dng cc cu chy xoy ren v ptmt loi nh kiu xoy ren, c th tip cn c m khng cn n dng c.

Khng tho cc bng n nm pha sau np y tho ri c, min l thit b c th c cch ly vi ngun li nh phch cm hoc thit b ng ct tt c cc cc. Tuy nhin, khi lp hoc tho bng n nm pha sau mt np y c th tho ri, phi m bo chng chm vo cc b phn mang in ca u n.

u th nghim B ca IEC 61032 c t vi lc n khng qu 1 N, thit b c t mi t th c th, ring cc thit b trong s dng bnh thng t trn sn v c khi lng ln hn 40 kg th khng c t nghing. Qua cc l, u d c t vo mi su c th ri xoay hoc gp li trc, trong v sau khi t vo bt k v tr no. Nu cc l khng cho php u d lt qua, th lc n ln u d v tr thng c tng n 20 N. Nu sau u d lt qua l th lp li th nghim vi u d v tr gp li.

u d khng c chm ti b phn mang in hoc b phn mang in ch c bo v bng sn, men, giy thng thng, vi bng, mng xt, ht cm hoc hp cht gn tr cc loi nha t cng.

11.1. Thit b v cc vt xung quanh chng khng c t ti nhit qu mc trong s dng bnh thng.

11.2. Thit b cm tay c gi v tr s dng bnh thng.

Thit b truyn ng bng ng c in khc c b tr nh sau:

15. Kh nng chng m

15.1. V bc ca thit b phi c mc bo v chng m tng ng vi phn loi ca thit b.

Kim tra s ph hp nh qui nh trong 15.1.1, ch n 15.1.2, khng ni thit b vo ngun li.

Thit b phi chu c th nghim bn in qui nh trong 16.3 sau v bc bn ngoi cn c lau cn thn loi b cc git nc cn ng li v kim tra phi cho thy khng c vt nc trn cch in dn n gim khe h khng kh hoc chiu di ng r xung thp hn cc gi tr qui nh trong iu 29.

CH THCH: Phi thn trng khi tho d v bc trnh nc ri vo bn trong thit b.

15.1.1. Thit b khng thuc loi IPX0 phi chu cc th nghim ca TCVN 4255 (IEC 60529) nh sau:

- i vi thit b IPX1, th nghim nh m t trong 14.2.1;

- i vi thit b IPX2, th nghim nh m t trong 14.2.2;

- i vi thit b IPX3, th nghim nh m t trong 14.2.3a;

- i vi thit b IPX4, th nghim nh m t trong 14.2.4.a;

- i vi thit b IPX5, th nghim nh m t trong 14.2.5;

- i vi thit b IPX6, th nghim nh m t trong 14.2.6;

- i vi thit b IPX7, th nghim nh m t trong 14.2.7. i vi th nghim ny, thit b c ngm trong nc cha xp x 1 % NaCI.

CH THCH: C th dng vi phun loi cm tay th nghim cc thit b khng th t bn di ng dao ng qui nh trong TCVN 4255 (lEC 60529).

Van nc c b phn mang in v c lp vo cc ng mm bn ngoi dng ni thit b ti ngun nc chnh phi chu th nghim qui nh i vi thit b IPX7.

15.1.2. Thit b cm tay c xoay lin tc qua cc v tr bt li nht trong qu trnh th nghim.

Thit b lp trong c lp ph hp vi hng dn ca nh ch to.Thit b bnh thng t trn sn hoc trn bn th c t trn gi nm ngang khng c l, c ng knh gp hai ln bn knh ng dao ng tr i 15 cm.

Thit b bnh thng c c nh vo tng v thit b c chn cm vo cm c lp t nh s dng bnh thng vo tm ca tm g c kch thc ln hn hnh chiu vung gc ca thit b ln tm g l 15 cm 5 cm. Tm g c t tm ca ng dao ng.

i vi thit b IPX3, ca thit b lp t trn tng c t cng cao vi trc xoay ca ng dao ng.

i vi thit b IPX4, ng tm nm ngang ca thit b c t thng hng vi trc xoay ca ng dao ng. Tuy nhin, i vi thit b bnh thng s dng trn sn hoc trn bn, th dch chuyn hai ln vi gc 90 khi v tri thng ng vi thi gian l 5 min, gi c t cng cao vi trc xoay ca ng dao ng.

Nu hng dn i vi thit b lp trn tng qui nh cn t thit b st vi mt sn v qui nh mt khong cch th t mt tm g cch mt khong bn di thit b. Cc kch thc tm g ln hn hnh chiu bng ca thit b 15 cm.

Thit b bnh thng c c nh trn trn c lp di gi nm ngang khng c l c dng ngn nc bn ln b mt trn cng ca thit b. Trc xoay ca ng dao ng c t cng cao vi mt bn di ca gi v t thng hng chnh gia vi thit b. Vi phun c iu chnh hng ln. i vi thit b IPX4, dch chuyn ng dao ng hai ln vi gc 90 khi v tr thng ng vi thi gian l 5 min.

Thit b c ni dy kiu X, tr loi c dy cn chun b c bit, c lp vi loi dy mm nh nht cho php c din tch mt ct nh nht qui nh trong Bng 13.

Cc b phn tho ri c th phi tho ra v nu cn, phi qua bc x l lin quan cng vi phn chnh. Tuy nhin, khng phi tho cc b phn m hng dn qui nh l do ngi s dng bo tr v cn phi c dng c tho.

15.2. Thit b trong s dng bnh thng c th b cht lng trn ln trn th phi c kt cu sao cho cht lng trn khng nh hng n cch in ca thit b.

Kim tra s ph hp bng th nghim sau.

Thit b c ni dy kiu X, tr loi dy cn chun b c bit, c lp vi loi dy mm nh nht cho php c din tch mt ct nh nht qui nh trong Bng 13.

Thit b c cm in u vo th c th nghim c hoc khng c b ni ph hp cm vo , chn trng hp bt li nht.

Cc b phn tho ri c th phi tho ra.

Bnh cha cht lng ca thit b c y nc cha khong 1 % NaCI v sau u u thm mt lng bng 15 % th tch bnh hoc 0,25 I, chn gi tr ln hn, trong thi gian 1 min.Sau , thit b phi chu c th nghim bn in 16.3 v kim tra phi cho thy khng c vt nc no trn cch in c th dn n gim chiu di ng r hoc khe h khng kh xung thp hn gi tr qui nh trong iu 29.

15.3. Thit b phi chu c iu kin m c th xut hin trong s dng bnh thng.

Kim tra s ph hp bng th nghim Cab: Nng m khng i nu trong TCVN 7699-2-78 (IEC 60068-2-78) trong cc iu kin di y.

Thit b phi chu cc th nghim 15.1 hoc 15.2, c t trong iu kin mi trng bnh thng trong 24 h.

Li cp vo, nu c, th h. Nu c vch t th t thng mt trong cc vch t . Cc b phn tho ri c th phi tho ra v nu cn, phi chu th nghim m cng vi phn chnh.

Th nghim m c thc hin trong 48 h trong t m, cha khng kh c m tng i (93 3) %. Nhit khng kh c duy tr trong phm vi 2 C xung quanh gi tr t thch hp bt k gia 20 C v 30 C. Trc khi t vo trong t m, thit b c a v nhit t C.

CH THCH; Nu khng th t ton b thit b vo t m, th cc b phn c cch in c th nghim ring, c tnh n cc iu kin m cch in phi chu trong thit b.

Sau thit b phi chu c cc th nghim ca iu 16 trong t m hoc trong phng thit b c a v nhit qui nh trn sau khi lp li cc b phn m trc tho ra.

16. Dng in r v bn in

Thit b c mch in c cp ngun t my bin p phi c kt cu sao cho trong trng hp ngn mch c nhiu kh nng xy ra trong s dng bnh thng, my bin p hoc mch lp cng vi my bin p khng b nng qu mc.CH THCH: V d ngn mch ca cc dy dn trn hoc dy dn cch in khng thch hp ca mch chm ti c lm vic in p cc thp an ton.

Kim tra s ph hp bng cch p dng iu kin ngn mch hoc qu ti bt li nht c th xut hin trong s dng bnh thng, thit b c cung cp in p bng 1,06 ln hoc 0,94 ln in p danh nh, chn gi tr bt li hn. Cch in chnh khng c ni tt.

19. Hot ng khng bnh thng

19.1. Thit b phi c kt cu sao cho ngn nga ti a cc ri ro v chy, h hi c kh lm nh hng xu n an ton hoc n bo v chng in git do hot ng khng bnh thng hoc thiu cn thn.

Mch in t phi c thit k v t sao cho iu kin s c s khng lm cho thit b mt an ton lin quan ti in git, nguy c ha hon, nguy him v c hc hoc s c nguy him.Thit b c phn t gia nhit phi chu cc th nghim 19.2 v 19.3. Ngoi ra, nu cc thit b ny c b khng ch hn ch nhit trong th nghim iu 11, th cn phi chu th nghim ca 19.4 v, khi p dng c, phi chu c th nghim ca 19.5. Thit b c phn t gia nhit PTC cn phi chu th nghim 19.6.

Thit b c ng c phi chu cc th nghim t 19.7 n 19.10, ty theo trng hp p dng.

Thit b c mch in t cng phi chu cc th nghim 19.11 v 19.12, ty theo trng hp p dng.Thit b c cngtct hoc rle phi chu th nghim 19.14.

Thit b c chuyn mch chn in p phi chu th nghim 19.15.

Nu khng c qui nh no khc, th nghim c tip tc cho n khi b ct nhit khng t phc hi tc ng hoc n khi iu kin n nh c xc lp. Nu phn t gia nhit hoc b phn yu nh trc b t mch th lp ti th nghim tng ng trn mu th hai. Th nghim th hai phi c kt thc theo cng mt phng thc nh trn, tr khi th nghim ny c hon thnh tha ng nh khi khng xy ra hin tng .

CH THCH: C th s dng cu chy, c cu ct theo nguyn l nhit, c cu bo v qu dng hoc thit b tng t, lp bn trong thit b to ra bo v cn thit. C cu bo v t trn h thng i dy c nh khng to ra bo v cn thit.

Nu khng c qui nh no khc, th mi ln ch m phng mt iu kin khng bnh thng.

Nu c hai th nghim tr ln p dng cho cng mt thit b, th cc th nghim ny c thc hin ln lt sau khi thit b ngui v nhit phng.

i vi thit b kt hp, th nghim c thc hin trn cc ng c v phn t gia nhit hot ng ng thi trong iu kin lm vic bnh thng, mi th nghim thch hp p dng cho mt ng c in v mt phn t gia nhit.

Khi c qui nh rng cn ni tt mt b khng ch th c th thay th bng cch lm cho n mt hiu lc.Nu khng c qui nh no khc, kim tra s ph hp vi th nghim ca iu ny nh m t 19.13.

19.2. Thit b c cc phn t gia nhit c th nghim iu kin qui nh trong iu 11 nhng tn nhit b hn ch. in p ngun c xc nh trc khi th nghim l in p cn thit to ra cng sut vo bng 0,85 ln cng sut vo danh nh khi lm vic bnh thng v khi cng sut vo c thit lp. in p ny c duy tr trong sut thi gian th nghim.

CH THCH: Cho php b khng ch tc ng trong qu trnh th nghim iu 11.

19.3. Th nghim 19.2 c lp li nhng vi in p ngun, c xc nh trc khi th nghim, bng in p cn thit to ra mt cng sut vo bng 1,24 ln cng sut vo danh nh trong iu kin lm vic bnh thng khi cng sut vo n nh. in p ny c duy tr trong sut thi gian th nghim.

CH THCH: Cho php b khng ch lm vic trong qu trnh th nghim ca iu 11.

19.4. Thit b c th nghim iu kin qui nh trong iu 11. Tt c cc b khng ch gii hn nhit trong qu trnh th nghim ca iu 11 u c ni tt.

Nu thit b c nhiu b khng ch th ni tt ln lt.

19.5. Th nghim 19.4 c lp li trn thit b cp 0I v thit b cp I c cc phn t gia nhit c bc bng ng hoc chn chm. Tuy nhin, khng ni tt cc b khng ch, m ni mt u ca phn t gia nhit vi v bc ca phn t gia nhit.

Lp li th nghim ny nhng o cc tnh ca ngun cung cp in cho thit b v u kia ca phn t gia nhit ni ti v bc.

Khng thc hin th nghim ny trn thit b c thit k ni c nh vi h thng i dy c nh v trn thit b m trong qu trnh th nghim ca 19.4 xy ra ngt tt c cc cc.

Cc thit b c trung tnh th th nghim vi trung tnh ni vi v.

CH THCH: i vi phn t gia nhit chn chm, v bc kim loi c coi l v bc.

19.6. Thit b c phn t gia nhit PTC c cung cp in p danh nh cho n khi t c trng thi n nh v cng sut vo v nhit .

Tng in p lm vic ca phn t gia nhit PTC ln 5 % v vn hnh thit b cho n khi iu kin n nh c thit lp tr li. Sau tng in p theo cc nc tng t n khi t c 1,5 ln in p lm vic hoc n khi phn t gia nhit PTC b t, ty theo hin tng no xut hin trc.

19.7. Thit b c vn hnh trong iu kin dng bng cch:

- hm rto nu mmen hm nh hn mmen ti ton phn;

- hm cc b phn chuyn ng ca cc thit b khc.

Nu thit b c nhiu ng c th tin hnh th nghim cho tng ng c mt.

Thit b c ng c v c t in lp trong mch ca cun dy ph th cho vn hnh vi rto b hm, cc t h mch mi ln mt chic. Th nghim ny c lp li vi t in c ni tt mi ln mt chic, tr cc t in loi P2 ca IEC 60252-1.

CH THCH 1: Th nghim ny c thc hin vi rto b hm v mt s ng c c th khi ng dn n cc kt qu khc nhau.

i vi mi th nghim, cc thit b c b hn gi hoc b iu khin theo chng trnh th c cp in in p danh nh trong thi gian bng thi gian ln nht t c ca b hn gi hoc b iu khin theo chng trnh.

Cc thit b khc c cp in in p danh nh trong thi gian l:

- 30 s i vi:

thit b cm tay;

thit b cn dng tay hoc chn duy tr cp in; hoc thit b c cp ti tin tc bng tay;

- 5 min i vi cc thit b khc m khi hot ng phi c ngi trng coi;

- cho n khi iu kin n nh c xc lp, i vi thit b khc.

CH THCH 2: Thit b no c th nghim trong 5 min th c ch ra trong cc Phn 2 ca b TCVN 5699 (IEC 60335) c lin quan.

Trong qu trnh th nghim, nhit ca cun dy khng c vt qu gi tr tng ng qui nh trong Bng 8.

19.8. Ngt mch mt pha ca thit b c lp ng c in ba pha. Sau cho thit b lm vic trong ch lm vic bnh thng v cp in in p danh nh trong thi gian c qui nh 19.7.

19.9. Tin hnh th nghim qu ti lin tc i vi thit b c ng c in c thit k iu khin t xa hay iu khin t ng hoc c th s phi vn hnh lin tc.

Thit b truyn ng bng ng c in v thit b kt hp m c th p dng iu 30.2.3 v s dng c cu bo v qu ti nh vo mch in t bo v cun dy ca ng c, tr cun dy cm bin trc tip vi nhit cun dy, u phi chu th nghim qu ti lin tc.

Thit b c vn hnh trong ch lm vic bnh thng v cp in in p danh nh cho n khi iu kin n nh c xc lp. Sau tng ti ln sao cho dng in qua cun dy ca ng c tng 10 % v cho thit b vn hnh tr li cho n khi iu kin n nh c xc lp, in p ngun cung cp vn duy tr gi tr ban u. Li tng ti ln v lp li th nghim cho n khi c cu bo v tc ng hoc ng c in khng chy c.

Trong qu trnh th nghim nhit cun dy khng c vt qu:

- 140 C i vi cch in cun dy cp 105 (A);

- 155 C i vi cch in cun dy cp 120 (E);

- 165 C i vi cch in cun dy cp 130 (B);

- 180 C i vi cch in cun dy cp 155 (F);

- 200 C i vi cch in cun dy cp 180 (H);

- 220 C i vi cch in cun dy cp 200 (N);

- 240 C i vi cch in cun y cp 220 (R);

- 270 C i vi cch in cun dy cp 250.

CH THCH: Nu khng th tng ti theo tng nc thch hp th tho ng c in ra khi thit b v th nghim ring bit.

19.10. Thit b c lp ng c kch thch ni tip c vn hnh vi ti nh nht c th v c cp in bng 1,3 ln in p danh nh trong 1 min.Trong qu trnh th nghim, cc b phn khng c vng ra khi thit b.

19.11. Kim tra mch in t bng cch nh gi cc iu kin s c qui nh trong 19.11.2 i vi tt c cc mch hoc cc phn ca mch, tr khi chng ph hp vi cc iu kin qui nh trong 19.11.1.

CH THCH 1: Nhn chung, kim tra thit b v kim tra cc s mch din ca thit b c th pht hin cc iu kin s c cn phi m phng, sao cho th nghim c th c gii hn cc trng hp c th dn ti cc kt qu bt li nht.

Nu thit b c lp mch in t m mch ny da vo thnh phn lp trnh c hot ng ng th phi chu th nghim ca 19.11.4.8, tr khi vic khi ng li thit b ti im bt k trong chu k lm vic sau khi b gin on do st in p ngun cng khng gy nguy him. Tin hnh th nghim sau khi tho tt c pin/acqui v cc linh kin khc c thit k duy tr in p cung cp cho thnh phn lp trnh c ny trong qu trnh st, mt v bin i in p ngun li.

Thit b c c cu t c v tr ct bng b ngt in t, hoc c cu c th t thit b ch ch, phi chu cc th nghim ca 19.11.4.

CH THCH 2: c thng tin trong hng dn chung lin quan n trnh t cc th nghim nh gi mch in t, tham kho Ph lc Q. Cn hiu rng trong cc Phn 2 ca b TCVN 5699 (IEC 60335) c th c qui nh v cc th nghim lm vic khng bnh thng b sung hoc thay th; nhng khng th hin trn lu . p dng ng tiu chun, cc ni dung mang tnh quy nh c u tin ly t hng dn nu trong Ph lc Q.

Nu s an ton ca thit b iu kin s c bt k u ph thuc vo tc ng ca cu chy c nh theo IEC 60127, th tin hnh th nghim theo 19.12.

Trong qu trnh th nghim v sau mi th nghim, nhit ca cc cun dy khng c vt qu cc gi tr qui nh trong Bng 8. Tuy nhin, cc gii hn ny khng p dng cho bin p an ton khi c s c ph hp vi 15.5 ca IEC 61558-1. Thit b phi ph hp vi cc iu kin qui nh 19.13. Bt k dng in no chy qua tr khng bo v u khng c vt qu cc gii hn qui nh trong 8.1.4.CH THCH 3: Tr khi cn phi thay th cc linh kin sau th nghim bt k, ch cn thc hin th nghim bn in qui nh trong 19.13 sau khi kt thc th nghim trn mch in t.

Nu mt ng dn ca tm mch in b t, thit b vn c coi l chu c th nghim c th ny, vi iu kin phi tha mn c hai iu kin sau:

- vt liu nn ca tm mch in phi chu c th nghim Ph lc E;

- bt k ng dn no b bong ra u khng lm gim chiu di ng r hoc khe h khng kh gia cc b phn mang in v b phn kim loi chm ti c xung thp hn cc gi tr qui nh trong iu 29;

19.11.1. Cc iu kin s c t a) n g) qui nh trong 19.11.2 khng p dng cho cc mch in hoc mt phn ca mch in khi tha mn c hai iu kin sau:

- mch in t l mch cng sut nh nh m t di y;

- bo v chng in git, nguy c ha hon, nguy him v c hoc s c nguy him cc phn khc ca thit b khng da trn s hot ng ng ca mch in t.

V d v mch cng sut thp c th hin trn Hnh 6 v c xc nh nh sau:

Thit b c cp in in p danh nh v mt bin tr c iu chnh n gi tr in tr ln nht c ni gia im cn kho st v cc i din ca ngun cung cp. Sau gim in tr cho n khi cng sut tiu th trn in tr t n cc i. Cc im gn ngun nht m im cng sut ln nht truyn n in tr ny khng vt qu 15 W sau 5 s th c gi l cc im cng sut nh. Phn ca mch in cch ngun cung cp xa hn cc im cng sut thp c coi l mch cng sut thp.

CH THCH 1: Cc php o ch cn thc hin t mt cc ca ngun cung cp, tt nht l cc no c s im cng sut nh l t nht.

CH THCH 2: Khi xc nh cc im cng sut nh, nn bt u t cc im gn ngun cung cp.

19.11.2. Cc tnh trng s c di y c xem xt v, nu cn, mi ln p dng mt tnh trng, cc s c mang tnh hu qu cn c tnh n l:

a) ngn mch cch in chc nng nu chiu di ng r hoc khe h khng kh nh hn cc gi tr qui nh iu 29;

b) h mch ti u ni ca bt k linh kin no.

c) ngn mch cc t in, tr khi chng ph hp vi IEC 60384-14.

d) ngn mch hai chn bt k ca mt linh kin in t, khng phi l mch tch hp. Tnh trng s c ny khng p dng gia hai mch ca b ghp ni quang.

e) hng triac ch it.

f) hng b vi x l v mch tch hp ngoi tr cc linh kin nh thyristo v triac. Tt c cc tn hiu u ra c th c, u c xem xt i vi s c c nhiu kh nng xut hin trong linh kin. Nu ch ra c rng khng th xut hin mt tn hiu u ra c th th khi khng cn xem xt s c lin quan.

g) hng c cu ng ct in bng in t ch ng in tng phn km theo mt iu khin cc cng (cc gc).

CH THCH 1: Ch ny c th c m phng bng cch ngt tn hiu vo cc cng (cc gc) ca c cu ng ct in bng in t v ni ngun in c th iu chnh bn ngoi vo cc cng (cc gc) v cc ngun (cc pht) ca thit b ng ct in bng in t. Sau , thay i ngun cng sut sao cho t c dng in khng lm hng c cu ng ct in bng in t nhng s to ra cc iu kin th nghim khc nghit nht.

CH THCH 2: V d v c cu ng ct in bng in t l transistor trng (FET v MOSFET) v transistor lng cc (k c IGBT)

Tnh trng s c f) p dng cho cc linh kin c v bc v cc linh kin tng t nu nh khng th nh gi mch ny bng cc phng php khc.

Cc in tr c h s nhit dng khng c ngn mch nu chng c s dng trong phm vi qui nh k thut ca nh ch to. Tuy nhin, c php ngn mch cc in tr c h s nhit m PTC-S tr khi chng ph hp vi IEC 60738-1.

Ngoi ra, mi mch cng sut nh u c ngn mch bng cch ni im cng sut thp ti cc ca ngun cung cp in m t cc php o c thc hin.

m phng cc tnh trng s c, thit b c vn hnh iu kin qui nh trong iu 11, nhng c cp in in p danh nh.

Khi m phng cc iu kin s c bt k, thi gian th nghim l:

- nh qui nh trong 11.7, nhng ch trong mt chu k hot ng v ch khi ngi s dng khng th nhn ra l c s c, v d, s thay i v nhit ;

- nh qui nh trong 19.7, nu ngi s dng c th nhn ra s c, v d, khi ng c in ca thit b nh bp ngng hot ng;

- cho n khi iu kin n nh c xc lp, i vi mch c ni lin tc vi ngun li, v d, mch ch.

Trong mi trng hp, nu xut hin gin on khng t phc hi ngun cung cp trong thit b th kt thc th nghim.19.11.3. Nu thit b c mch bo v bng in t hot ng m bo ph hp vi iu 19, th cc th nghim lin quan c lp li vi s c n c m phng, nh ch ra trong cc im t a) n g) ca 19.11 2.

CH THCH: Tiu ch ph hp i vi cc th nghim ny c a ra chi tit trong 19.13.

19.11.4. Thit b c c cu c v tr ct bng b ngt in t, hoc c cu c th c t ch ch phi chu cc th nghim t 19.11.4.1 n 19.11.4.7. Tin hnh cc th nghim khi thit b c cp in ti in p danh nh, c cu c t v tr ct hoc ch ch.

Thit b c mch bo v bng in t phi chu cc th nghim t 19.11.4.1 n 19.11.4.7. Tin hnh cc th nghim sau khi mch bo v bng in t hot ng trong cc th nghim lin quan iu 19 ngoi tr 19.2, 19.6 v 19.11.3. Tuy nhin, thit b tc ng trong 30 s hoc 5 min trong thi gian th nghim 19.7 th khng phi chu cc th nghim v hin tng in t trng.
