About Tonight’s ProgramWelcome
Forgotten Harvest’s virtual On Track to End Hunger
was established in response to the organization’s
need to postpone the organization’s annual
in-person summer fundraising event due to the
ongoing concerns of gathering in large groups due
to the COVID-19 pandemic. The event is normally
held at M1 Concourse in Pontiac, Michigan.
Families and communities across metro Detroit
have been hit hard by COVID-19, thus increasing
food insecurity for many by more than 50 percent,
which is why this virtual event will be instrumental
in supporting this increased need.
