Marinetek Mooring SystemMarinetek Mooring System is ideal for mooring pontoons in deep

water or where water levels vary. It is a unique construction made of

flexible rubber hawsers fixed to the seabed and connected to the

pontoon by rope. The system allows the pontoon to move up and

down while remaining in place. Marinetek Mooring System has a long

life span, requires little maintenance and has proven to be very safe.

Manta Ray anchors are driven into the seabed without disturbing the soil.Because each anchor is tested in theinstallation process, Manta Ray is avery reliable anchoring system. MantaRay anchors can replace conventionalconcrete anchors up to 14 t. Installationcan be undertaken quickly and easilyusing hydraulic equipment. The anchorsare easy to handle and transport.

Manta Ray anchors consist of the Manta Ray anchor, anchor rod and a swivel eye, which are driven into the bottom soil.

Some of the installation equipment are specifically made for Manta Ray. However, the underwater breaker and the hydraulic pump can be found worldwide. With this equipment, Manta Ray is driven into thesoil and pulled back to lock and secure it.

The Marinetek Mooring Fingers are very strong making them ideal fordemanding applications. The fingers have a high load bearing capacity and they are very stable. The standard versions are equipped with all-round PVC fenders and mooring points. The fingers are fitted to pontoon by rubber bolt joints and adapters to match with different frame materials and designs.

Marinetek Buoys are very strong, unsinkable and easy to anchor. The product range includes high bar rear anchorage buoys and low bar open water buoys. The 45 l, 75 l and 150 lbuoys are of the highest quality and designed according to the boat anchorage regulations to enable safe anchorage for small and large boats.

Marinetek offers a bow mooring solution (med-mooring) as economical boat mooring.

PILDNE offers a simple and convenientsolution to the owners of yachts, motorboats and other small water transport. It makes boats refuelling in marinas and harbours easy andecologically safe.

Our main goal is to create the most efficient and safe way to refuel (bunker) the water transport. Thus, PILDNE’s Bunkering Pontoons (BP) and Floating Fuel Platforms (FP) are designed so that

the height of the freeboard (0.66-0.99 m)is comparatively low. It ensuresconvenient bunkering for both smaller and bigger water transport, andminimizes fuel spillage.

The combination of innovative solutionsand technologies makes the use of BP and FFP economically effective, and the process of refuelling becomesconvenient and ecologically safe.

DualDocker is an innovative, state-of-the-art docking system for motor and sailing yachts of up to 110 feet. It is an alternative to conventional systems,like bow mooring lines, fingers, piles, bow anchors and buoys.

The DualDocker consists of two aluminium-alloy arms which are firmlyattached to the fixed pier or the floatingpontoon (top or side). They interface with the DualDocker combi cleat or theDualDocker ball at the stern of the yacht.

The DualDocker arms with strong integrated shock absorbers hold the yacht in place, thereby eliminating kinetic energy created by wind, waves and current. The yacht lies calm and stable at her berth.

The DualDocker forms a stable prism with the yacht; lateral forces are reduced to a minimum.

1. VILLA HELMI This unique two storage floating villa has 90 m2, two bedrooms, sauna, four terraces and elegent interior detailing and materials. The building has air pump heating system, integrated holding tank and a sewage system in connection to the water purification plant of the city.

2. REPOSAARI FLOATING VILLAGEThe Reposaari floating village is a summer-home12 unit village in Finland. The villas have been designedas traditional Scandinavian archipelago style with modern detailing. There are three different house sizes available.

3. SUMMER BUNGALOWSummer Bungalow is a year-around use house. Its two sleeping cabins, bathroom, kitchen and living room form a compact and functional package. The surrounding terraces provide ample space for outdoor living.

4. BOATSHEDBoatsheds have different sizes and shapes, for one boat or several boats. They look traditional but at the same time modern needed services for boats.

5. WATER WILLAWater Villa is a luxurious concept and part of the Floating Intelligent Green Village concept designed for Dubai World representing an unique housing construction for warm countries. The house has 270 m2 space in two stores and will be equipped with energy saving systems and technology.

6. FLOATING STAGEThis movable floating concert stage for perform-ing artists has been built for Festival City in Dubai, U.A.E. The shape and materials is a reminder of classicsail ship. The stage has two levels each app. 90 m2.

Swimming Arenas

Floating Swimming Arenas are becoming more and more popular in the modern city

planning. They are very environmentally friendly and also very cost effective offering

a safe place for families to spend their leisure time. Marinetek can offer custom made

solutions including service buildings, cafes, jumping towers and even a fresh water

treatments as well as heating systems. These Swimming Arenas are ranging from small

pools up to the huge solutions with the capacity of 10 000 visitors a day.

1. The world’s biggest floating Swimming Arena in Copenhagen. This includes four pool sections, jumping tower, 50 m long swimming track and a life guard tower. All custom made and built on Marinetek concrete floats.

2. Koralbadet-outdoor swimming arena was opened in Denmark, Copenhagen Slusseholm, in 2011. The shape of the pool is inspired by the coral reef. The arena has two children’s pools with bottom and a pool for adults, a floating sauna building, a control tower of the life guards and a diving tower. The swimming pool is in constant use by the region’s inhabitants, even during the winters.

3. The outdoor swimming pool, opened in 2011 Aalborg, Denmark, is one of the city’s most popular outdoor recreation sites. The arena’s pools are connected with each other and some of them are more shallow for the use of children. Visitors can also take a look at the port events from a higher walking stand. The engineering in the structures of the swimming pool represent the latest know-how.
