HOW TO UPLOAD THE DOCUMENTSFrom www.polimi.it , enter your «Online Services» and click on «Apply to a Laurea Magistrale (equivalent to a Master of Science) programme (only for international and Italian candidates graduated abroad): Submit online application form, results release and enrolment” Then, enter the section “Embassy Documents”

Click on «Modify» and the «Upload» button

Select the file to upload and proceed.

It is possible to upload only one PDF file for each document , if you have more than one file for the same document please combine them in one PDF (maximum 4 Mb).WARNING!!! Please scan your documents as they have been given to you by the diplomatic representatives: it is forbidden to eliminate staples/seals from official documents because they will lose validity. Please scan the documents with staples/seals even if these prevent the document from being scanned entirely.

ONLY If you obtained your degree at a EU institution:

- BACHELOR TITLE: upload the final title (or a certificate issued by a competent office), with translation into Italian (if not issued in English, Spanish or French) and Apostille legalization (or seal of the Italian Diplomatic Representative)

- TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS: upload the transcript of records or DIPLOMA SUPPLEMENT, with translation into Italian (if not issuedin English, Spanish or French) and Apostille legalization (or seal of the concerned Italian Diplomatic Representative);

- DECLARATION OF VALUE: the Declaration of Value can be replaced by the DIPLOMA SUPPLEMENT, if available, translated intoItalian (if not issued in English, Spanish or French) and with Apostille legalization . So, if you have the Diploma Supplement insteadof the Declaration of Value, please upload it here

ATTENTION!Once you click on the check mark in «Compliance statement», you will not be able to modify the uploads anymore. So, before checkthis part, please make sure that all the uploads are complete

DOCUMENTS ASSESSMENT

In order to validate the online enrollment, the original documents will be verified by the International Students Office at your arrival to Milan (a specific communication about dates and modalities will be sent in due time).

IMPORTANTWhen you receive your appointment for the documents assessment, before arriving to the International Students Office, you MUST have correctly uploaded all the documentation in the section “Embassy Documents”.The students who haven’t finished the upload process will not be considered for the assessment and will have to return in another date.
