Designed and delivered webinar series for general and special education teachers, instructional support staff, and instructional team leaders for three global regions of DoDEA (DDESS, DODDS, Pacific Rim). 2012 - 2015: Online Instructional Design Consultant – Collaborative Leadership and Change Series, Department of Defense Educational Administration (DoDEA). Designed and delivered webinar series for principals, superintendents, headquarters staff for three global regions of DoDEA (DDESS, DODDS, Pacific Rim) to support 21st Century Leadership Change Initiative. 2009 – 2011: Organizational Development/ADR Systems Design Consultant, Department of Veterans Administration. 2005 – 2015: International Conflict Education/Peace Education Consultant: Serving as planning and steering committee member for the CRE/PE Working Group of the United Nation’s Conference on the Role of Civil Society in the Prevention of Armed Conflict; Steering Committee for the International Network for Conflict Resolution Education and Peace Education; and member of the Peace Education Reference Group for the Global Partnership for the Prevention of Armed Conflict. 2001 – 2007: Editor, Conflict Resolution Quarterly. Conflict Resolution Quarterly is the scholarly journal of the Association for Conflict Resolution, the nation’s largest professional association for conflict management and dispute resolution. 1999 - present: Organizational Conflict Process Consultant: Consulting in a variety of conflict processes and dispute system design initiatives including conflict coaching, internal mediation processes, dispute system design and evaluation, strategic planning, and team conflict intervention for corporate and non-profit clients.

1999 - 2000: Facilitator, Planning Team Member: United States Department of Education, Office of Safe, Drug Free and Disciplined Schools, and Conflict Resolution Education Network’s Conflict Resolution Research Symposium, preparation of issue papers and national symposium on conflict resolution education in K-12 public education.

1999 - 2000: Facilitator and Planning Team Member: Pennsylvania Department of Education, Higher Education Initiative in concert with the Special Education Mediation Service, Conflict Resolution Education Statewide Meetings. The PDOE and SEMS planned and delivered a series of public education and needs assessment meetings for 350+ education specialists and dispute resolution practitioners to identify current developments and needs in conflict resolution education in the state.

1995 - 1999: Evaluation Consultant, Division of Juvenile Justice Court and Community Service Project. Evaluating the efficacy of Conflict Training programs for Juvenile Justice workers in the Philadelphia area. In conjunction with Good Shepherd Mediation Program on their multiple-year grant from the Division of Juvenile Justice Services, State of Pennsylvania, including Youth Aid Panel initiatives. 1992-1994: Evaluation Consultant, Philadelphia Public Schools and Good Shepherd Neighborhood House, Philadelphia, PA. Directed and conducted evaluation of peer mediation programs in 43 middle and senior high schools in the Philadelphia School District.
