Summer, 2013

EDLP 700 was a great introduction to some of the faculty, the new cohort, and to a fresh look at our leadership preferences (LCI) and personality styles (MBTI). We also got to know Lencioni and the team well, indeed!

Fall, 2013

EDLP 702/703 & 715 were a challenging & humbling combination of classes. Scholarly writing and statistics instruction opened my eyes to the rigors of academic scholarship.

B&D’s Symbolic Framework

A school’s success depends on its culture. Students must first feel safe and included. They must feel as they are important to the mission of the school. Students will be loyal to a place where they feel they play an important role.

Reporting & Collecting Data

Research shows that schools must collect tangible and clearly defined data on bullying incidents. This data needs to provide a starting point for bully-prevention program implementation. It then should be collected as benchmark data for program evaluation.
