Objectives : By the end of the lesson , pupils should be able to

i) write the sentences in neat legible print with correct sentence.ii) write the words in neat cursive writing with correct spelling.iii) spell words by applying spelling rulesiv)create a simple poster using variety of media with guidance.

Steps

Introduction :

I ) Get pupils to talk about the healthy poster that they can see in school canteen school compound.

Pre writing

i ) Get pupils talks about Fit Family about how they keep fit.

a) Ask pupils to fill in the blanks in sentences.b) Ask pupils to write the sentences with given

guidance.

While writing

i) Pupils reads the given words with correct spelling.ii) Ask pupils to write the given words in neat cursive writing with correct spelling.iii) Pupils spell the words as individually and group.

Post Writing

i) Ask pupils get into groups.ii)Ask pupils to create a poster about the healthy life using bubble map.iii) pupils construct own sentences to write in poster.iv)Pupils presents and displays their poster in the class.
