• The Action Plan pages have been reformatted to also include the following:
– The Indicator and Procedures for evaluating the indicator are listed under each strategy and activity.
– The timeline for each activity must be addressed with a start date and completion date.
– Summative evaluations are inserted at the end of each strategy.

Louisiana Measure of Progress (LAMP)
• An optional school evaluation component has been added that will assist schools in monitoring student progress – Louisiana Measure of Progress (LAMP)
• The LAMP is an optional tool which can be used by the school for frequent review of student performance (e.g., progress monitoring, benchmark assessments)

• This section includes the updated National Staff Development Council definition of Professional Development.
• Changes include moving documents from the Appendix to this section to provide clarity to the guiding questions as well as the general concept of professional development.
• Additional resources are added to the Appendix.
