Keep up this good work by inviting a family to our upcoming All School Open House on Thursday, Feb- ruary 7. Invite them to our All School Open House. We are continuing our promotion. Each family who attends our event as a result of your invitation will earn you a “Recom- mend One” Camelback water bottle as a gift, and remember, if that family enrolls at SJCS, you will receive $500 in Tiger Bucks as a token of our appreciation. Thank you for your help in being ambassadors for San Jose Christian School! Welcome New Preschool Families Please welcome two new families to our Preschool community. Madeline and Saanvi and their families are excited to be at SJCS. As you see these new faces on campus, please welcome them with joyful hearts. Re-enrollment Begins This Week. This week, each of our current families will be receiving re-enrollment materials for the 2013-2014 school year. As an incentive, all families who enroll within the first two weeks of the re-enrollment period will re- ceive a discount on their re-enrollment fees. Signing up your students as early as possible also helps us plan out our staffing needs for next year accurately and efficiently. If you have questions about the re-enrollment process once you receive the materials, please contact the office. Extended Care Welcome Micah Shyu We would like to introduce to you Micah Shyu, the newest member of our Extended Day Care team. Micah came to us via Westgate Church where he serves as a youth ministry leader. He holds an under- graduate degree in Exercise Biology from Davis and is currently pursuing a MA in Biblical and Theological studies from Western Seminary. In his spare time, Mi- cah enjoys reading (lots!), exercising and playing his guitar. He is enjoying lending his heart and gifts to your children--we are thrilled to have him with us! Please wel- come him any chance you get! Lost & Found Please pick up your items The Lost & Found cabinet is over flowing with lunch boxes, water bottles, sweat- shirts, books and a variety of clothing, please check out these items to see if they belong to your children. We will donate the items at the end of the day on Friday, February 1. Upcoming Events All School Open House Save the Date! Thursday, February 7 we will host the SJCS All School Open House. This event showcases what your students are learning and experiencing at SJCS. The event begins at 6:30pm and will end at 8:00pm.
