PATIENT 58-year-old male. FRACTURE Type 43-C3 open fracture according to AO classification. TREATMENT AND OUTCOME Patient stimulated with Biostim ® therapy 35 days after surgery with axial external fixator. After two months of therapy, recovery of skin trophism.
