Meet Sharon BartkeLike most people in Franklin, Sharon watched the construction for the Fountains of Franklin and waited in anticipation. As soon as Sharon got contact information, she emailed Ricki Keckley and the rest is history! Before the Fountains, Sharon was employed as a Buyer/Planner for over twenty years in “Corporate America”. Her last position was in the electronics industry wherein she purchased components from China to support laptop repair. In 2008, she decided to make a major career change and enrolled in nursing school, graduating in August, 2011. Sharon and her husband were born and raised in New Jersey and moved to Franklin in 2003. Her favorite activities when not working are simple pleasures like cooking dinner for her family and playing fetch with their dogs. She also enjoys the water, boating and paddle boarding. Married for 21 years, with three children, she is a very busy wife and mother! Her immediate goal is to continue learning geriatric nursing and to move up to a supervisory role within five years. Her future dream is to retire “on the water,” preferably at the beach but she would settle for a lake front chalet.
