About Bravo Burritos

Bravo Burritos was established more than

30 years ago, April 16, 1985.

The founders, William “Bravo Bill”Ellenbecker

and Helen Shay Ellenbecker, developed the

concept, design, and all of the original recipes.

After living in San Francisco for 13 years

and traveling extensively throughout Mexico,

Bill and Helen returned home to Central MN

with the goal of providing the most delicious,

healthiest Mexican food in the area; served

in a casual, friendly, and eclectic environment.

All of the recipes at Bravo Burritos are prepared

from scratch using only the finest, freshest

ingredients. Our cuisine is considered heart

healthy by the American Heart Association. Not

only is our food delicious, it’s good for you!

Bravos offers eight different meat fillings,

plus shrimp, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten

free options. Also featured are non-fat beans,

freshly prepared salsas, guacamole, and four

made from scratch hot sauces! ¡Salud!
