The plan for planned maintenance:

1 Inspect A certified technician examines the exterior roof system, while noting the conditions of wall panels, area dividers, parapets and roof penetrations, while documenting conditions to monitor in the future.

2 CleanAll debris is removed from roof surface, gutters, interior drains and through-wall scuppers to prevent ponding water that may cause premature roof aging and damage.

3 Maintain As needed, deteriorated sealant on metal flashings is replaced, pitch pans are topped-off and suspect flashing at equipment curbs and perimeters are resealed. Drain clamps and rain collars at pipe penetrations are also secured.

4 Report Tecta reports annual summation of work performed, assessment of roof conditions, including updated roof drawings and photographs.
