When Tecta America began performing service work on fourteen movie theaters for a national chain in 2002, the customer’s roofs had aged quickly and were frequently leaking. Within six years of enrolling in the TectaPlan Roof Asset Management Program, the incidence of roof leaks decreased 21% and total maintenance and repair expenditures were reduced by 56%. More importantly, TectaPlan allowed this movie theater chain to avoid costly interior damage, capital roof replacements and frequent business disruptions.
