Design & Consultancy: Space plan, Furniture selection, Design and detailing of fit out, AC, Electrical,

plumbing, Fire protection, IT, Security systems etc. Prepare detail Bill of quantity along with material specifications as required.

2. Construction & Project Management:-In House team of experienced Engineers and technicians who can execute the work in time with an excellent professional touch. We can cover all local authorities’ approval requirements including Civil defense, HAAD, Estidama etc.

3. Facility management and Maintenance Services: We offer Annual Maintenance and facility management services for total building and to private spaces. We schedule and execute planned preventive and predictive maintenance routines. Our maintenance team consists of client friendly experienced technicians. Design consultancy includes space plan, finishes details, furniture selection, detailed MEP services drawings

Construction of complete turnkey interior fit out & MEP projects. Covers all authorities’ approval requirements including Civil Defense, HAAD, Estidama etc.

Joinery works - meeting tables, reception desk, wall cladding etc.

Partitions – block work, Gypsum, Glass panel, Wood and Demountable partitions
