Youre already involved!
As a USFSP student, you are already
helping to fund student green
project proposals, via a $1.00-per-
credit-hour fee collected upon
enrolling in a course. As a
contributor to this fund, you have
the ability to submit a proposal ofyour own, and weigh in on other
student project proposals.
SGEF Projects
The success of this program can beseen around campus. Previouslyproposed projects have beenexecuted and are now contributingto the universitys green movement:

Proposing a project isnt the only wayto get involved; you can become amember of SGEF by applying onlineat OrgSync.com. As a member, youare eligible to sit in on SGEFmeetings, and help facilitate student
proposals.

If you have an idea that will aid in
the universitys sustainability
initiatives, SGEF wants to hear
about it!
Draft the idea, along with
relevant documents, andsubmit them to SGEF on the Forms
tab of our OrgSync page (provided on
the back of this pamphlet).
Once our committee reviews
your submitted proposal, we
will schedule a time for you to
present it.
Following your presentation,
our committee will cast votes to
elect the project(s) approvedfor funding.
If your project is among thoseapproved, it will move ontoadministrative review, where
paperwork will be generated to carryout the projects execution.
Project Tips:
Break your project up into
phases, so that its moreaffordable, and can be
implemented at different
times.
Highlight any estimated
information, as well as
anything that may not be 100%
correct.
