州天翌数字科技有限公司”。历经近10年的发展，现在国内拥有数字产品开发及制作分公司6家，实

体模型制作工厂2家，设立加拿大办事处、新加坡办事处，总员工500余人，其中技术人员420多

名，主要提供数字视觉创意服务、数字平台开发的创作和制作服务、实体展示创意服务等。业务涵

Our company was established in Feb 2004, which was originally called GUANGZHOU LIFANG IMAGE DE-

SIGN CO., LTD. and altered its name to GUANGZHOUTEAM-E DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. from Oct

2012. For near 10 years rapid development, we now have 6 branches of digital visualization , 2 factories of

physical model making at home and business office in Canada and Singapore. Of our 500 talented team

members, more than 400 are technicians, and we are the supplier of digital visualization service, digital inno-

vation production and exhibition creative service. We are a professional company specializing in 3D Anima-

tions, Multi-media Exhibitions, Architectural Visualizations, Digital City, and Virtual Reality etc..

With the scientific division, systematic management and quality service. Relying on high-tech industry,

Headquater : The area of head office is about 1500m2. The company is full of vigor and vitality, with the

development potential of enterprises, which has the following departments and a multimedia exhibition show-

room: Domestic Marketing Department, International Cooperation Department, Enterprise Planning and Mar-

keting Department, Architectural Visualization Production Department, Animation Production Department

and Digital Multimedia Department. Self-developed personalized rendering systems and large-scale super

hardware increase the company technological competitiveness. We provide clients with one-stop service for

3D rendering, animation making and physical model, saving their time and money.

华工公司：组建于2007年8月，目前办公面积300㎡，主要为华南理工大学片区客户提供数字视觉

越秀公司：组建于2008年6月，目前办公面积260㎡，主要为广州西区客户提供数字视觉创意服

Huagong Office : It was founded in Aug. 2007 with an area of 300m2, which provides digital business

services to clients in South China University of Technology area. The 3D digital business includes architectural

rendering, 3D animation and physical model etc.

Yuexiu Office : It was founded in Jul. 2008 with an area of 260m2, which provides digital business ser-

vices to clients in western district of Guangzhou. The 3D digital business includes architectural rendering,

3D animation, physical model etc.




南宁公司：是天翌进军广西市场的第一站，于2011年7月成立，目前办公面积230㎡，主要为广西

片区客户提供数字视觉创意服务、数字制作服务，业务涵盖了建筑效果图、三维动画、建筑模型制

作、展览展示等专业领域。

天翌模型：天翌模型是国内知名的建筑模型公司，专注于提供建筑模型、工业模型、数字模型、规

划模型、方案模型、展馆模型等领域的模型设计、模型制作服务的专业化公司。经过近十年的发

展，天翌建立了一支由高素质、高水准的建筑师、设计师、机电工程师、一级模型制作技术人员组

成的模型设计、制作团队。天翌以人才和技术为核心，重视科技力量，坚持不断创新，实现了电脑

Nanning Office : It is the first stop we entered to the market in Guangxi Province. Nanning Office was

founded in Jul. 2011 with an area of 230m2，, which provides digital business services to clients in Guangxi

area. The 3D digital business includes architectural rendering, 3D animation, physical model etc.

TEAM.E Model Factroy : It is a well-known professional model making company, which specializes in

architectural model, industry model, digital model, master planning model, scheme model, exhibition model

and other fields of model designs. TEAM.E has organized a professional model design and production team

with high-level and top-talented architects, designers, electrical engineers, and technicians. We take talents

and technologies as the core, attach importance to the strength of science and technology and persist in

innovations to make the combination of computer laser cutting technology with computer carve cutting tech-

nology come true. With the excellent workmanship of skillfully merging the sound, light, electricity and water

effects, we create physical models which achieve consistent perfect effects on dynamic, static, sound and

light, and accurately convey design concepts and extraordinary creativities and create value for clients.




模型一厂：天翌模型第一工厂位于天河区科韵路旁，交通位置便捷，办公面积达2000多平方米。主

要为建筑设计单位、企业单位提供建筑方案投标模型、工作模型、中小型规划模型设计制作服务。

模型二厂：天翌模型二厂位于天河区车陂西路̶̶环境优美的广东省石油化工研究院大院内，模型

厂区面积5000多平方米，拥有独立的办公楼、制作厂区、仓库、研发基地、展示区、员工食堂及活

动园区。主要为房地产企业、政府单位、企业单位提供房产营销模型、大型规划模型、数字模型、

工业模型的设计制作服务。

Model Factory I : The first model factory is located in Keyun Road, TianHe District with an area of 2,

000m2，and convenient transportation. It mainly provides scheme models, housing models and small to

medium-size planning models.

Model Factory II : Lay within the Guangdong Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemical,

TEAM.E’s second model factory is located in Chebei East Road, Tianhe District.It covers an area of 5,

000m2，, which equips with independent office building, production area, warehouse, R&D base, exhibition

area , canteen and activity area. This factory mainly manufactures property models, planning models, digital

models and industry models for real estate developers, government and other enterprises.

影视动画：又称3D动画，是近年来随着计算机软硬件技术的发展而产生的一新兴技术。三维动画软

件在计算机中首先建立一个虚拟的世界，设计师在这个虚拟的三维世界中按照要表现的对象的形状

尺寸建立模型以及场景，再根据要求设定模型的运动轨迹、虚拟摄影机的运动和其它动画参数，最

后按要求为模型赋上特定的材质，并打上灯光。当这一切完成后就可以让计算机自动运算，生成最

后的画面。近10年来，随着计算机图形技术在建筑设计、房产项目营销领域中的大量应用，三维影

视动画越来越显示出其在此领域内不可或缺的价值。

实体模型：使用易于加工的材料依照建筑设计图样或设计构想，按缩小的比例制成的样品，以其特有

的形象性表现出设计方案之空间效果。建筑及环境艺术模型介于平面图纸与实际立体空间之间，它把

两者有机的联系在一起，是一种三维的立体模式，建筑模型有助于设计创作的推敲，可以直观地体现

设计意图，弥补图纸在表现上的局限性。它既是设计师设计过程的一部分，同时也属于设计的一种表

现形式，被广泛应用于城市建设、房地产开发、商品房销售、设计投标与招商合作等方面。

3D Animation : 3D animation, which is also named 3D walk through or 3D fly through, is a short archi-

tectural movie created by 3D computer-generated software. A virtual building world will be firstly created

along with specific shaped and fixed size/scale constructed building model, as well as virtual landscaping

around the target building(s). Unlike an architectural rendering, which is a still image from one single point

of view, an architectural animation is a series of hundreds or even thousands of still images. When these

images are assembled and played back as per a predetermined script, in accordance with a virtual movie

camera route path and computer-created textures, lighting effects, it can present designers and stakehold-

ers with a more flexible and dynamic way to get the best realistic overview of the project design.

Physical Model : As per a predetermined making scale, physical model will be manufactured and as-

sembled to a small project design sample by using materials easy to process for the sample making, lively

presenting the design concept and its space relationship. Architectural scale model is a well-combined

existence between 2D presentation of CAD drawing design and the actual 3D relationship of actual project

space size. Physical model could give pinpoint accuracy and superb detailing, which is helpful for architects

to achieve a better design by using scheme model. This specialty differs itself from other project design

presenting ways. Therefore, physical models are vastly used not only in concept design stage, bidding pres-

entation, but also in commercial exhibition and city promotional display, etc.

意和规范的要求，经过视觉艺术的创作流程处理，最终给予更为直观的立体效果。

Architectural Rendering : Long before the project design being taken into construction stage,

architectural rendering could easily and directly provide you with a vivid presentation effect and an accu-

rate foresight about how the architectural design will look like in the future, by using computer generated

software to produce photo-realistic CGI (Computer Generated Image) as per the precise CAD drawings and

other concept design descriptions.

项目介绍：南沙游艇会系广州南沙区当地政府与霍英东集团斥巨资开发的高端项目。南沙游艇会位于广州市南沙湾（原南

沙东部海滨新城）虎门大桥下游、南沙客运港上游约200-800米处，占地面积达17万平方米。南沙游艇会建成后，可存放

各类游艇120艘，共提供水上泊位352个。完成日期： 2011.7.16产品内容：四通道弧幕及动画、多点触摸桌、数字沙盘模型

项目制作过程信息：接到项目邀请函时我们备感压力，因为评标方不仅仅是霍氏集团，更有数间国际级设计公司参与其

中。这次与港资企业的接触也是我们企业成长的里程碑之一，差异文化的交流互动使我们对自身的创新及执行能力有了新

的突破。霍英东之孙霍启山，对动画创意提出了近乎完美且苛刻的要求，对制作上的物理细节也再三审视和衡量，使我们

领略到一流国际企业的严谨，同时也提升了自身流程管理的效率。

Project Introduction : Nansha Marina is a high-end project development invested both by Henry Fok Ying Tung Group (HK) and the local government of Nansha District, which locates at the point of confluence stood to the west of the Humen Channel and Nansha Passenger Ferry Port. The total area of Nansha Marina is about 170,000 square meters. It will be built to a world class terminal available for more than 120 yachts and 352 port positions for boats.Date of Completion : Jul. 16th, 2011Product Portfolio : 4-Alpha Arc Screen, Multi Touch Interactive Table, Digital Sand TableProject Backgroud : We noticed its importance at the very first stage we received the tender invitation as the bidding evaluation would be taken by not only the Henry Fok Ying Tung Group, but also some global first rated design firms. This was a great challenge to us since it would be the milestone of TEAM.E development with Hong Kong enterprises. It surely gave us learning issue improvement and great impression with their rigorous attitude and strict requirement to every tiny corner of our physical model making.

富力盈凯广场数字营销展厅

MARKETING EXHIBITION HALL OF R&F YING KAY SQUARE

甲方：富力集团

项目介绍：富力盈凯广场位于珠江新城CBD中轴线西侧。该项目占地7942平方米，总建筑面积约17万平方米，项目总高达到296.5米，总

层数65层，是富力地产倾力打造的高端多功能综合物业。该项目是由著名的美国GP事务所负责总体建筑设计。广州柏悦酒店的引入也是一

大亮点。柏悦（Park Hyatt）是凯悦国际酒店集团旗下极致尊贵的精品型酒店，处于世界顶级水平，可提供全面个人化服务和与众不同的私

人氛围。完成日期： 2012.2.28产品内容：两通道数字沙盘、三通道直幕互动系统、四通道天幕、多点触摸桌、触控液压升降模型

项目制作过程信息：项目作为目前珠江新城唯一可售的超甲级写字楼，甲方对制作方的业务水平要求极高。在经过多次的内部会议以及和甲

方沟通后，我们最终凭借对项目的深入了解以及展现相关的成功案例，在多家的竞争对手中突围而出成功中标。整个项目的制作周期为45个工作日，期间遇到的众多难题经过多方面的协调，最终迎刃而解。从介入项目到整个展厅的落成，均受到富力集团的领导高度赞赏。

Project Introduction : R&F Ying Kay Square is located in the west of Zhu Jiang New Town -- the CBD of Guangzhou. This project covers an area of 7, 942 square meters, and the total construction area is 170,000 square meters. With 65 floors and 296.50 meters height, it’s a high-end multi-functional commercial building designed by American GP firm. Date of Completion : Feb. 28th, 2012Product Portfolio : 2-Alpha Digital Sand Table, 3-Alpha Interactive System, 4-Alpha Sky Screen，Multi Touch Interactive Table，Multi Touch Hydraulic ModelProject Background : As a high end office building in Zhu Jiang New Town, R&F was strict with every detail of R&F Ying Kay exhibition hall. After several internal meetings and communications, we won the contract among competitors due to our deep understanding of the project and many successful case experiences. During the 45-day production process, many problems occurred but had been solved finally by joint efforts. From the beginning to end, our works won a high praise from R&F GROUP management.

司以打动人心的“老广州温情故事”夺标。在制作过程中，从网络、媒体、博物馆中搜寻现代广州早已消失的“街坊情怀”，重现

七八十年代的老广州味道，不仅获得了甲方的青睐，更有些老广州消费者在观看影片后感动不已。

With years of efforts, people witness a great achievement in the reconstruction work after the Wenchuan Earthquake. For the memorial purpose, a public museum was suggested to be raised by the government to present this earthquake disaster. There would be a 4D theater settled in the museum to give audiences a vivid feeling of the disaster process, and it would use multi-media and real-time equipments to reproduce a virtual live scene of the Wenchuan Earthquake.

We were entrusted to build the theater room with requirements of a highly qualified matter-of-fact video. In the process of film making, we had to step into the actual disaster site to get a deeply real understanding of the disaster. That was to ensure that we could display the earthquake scene with more real world elements to the film. When it came to an end, our earnest work attitude and high quality products and services had been highly praised.

Project Background: As a government p r o j e c t , h e a d s o f G u a n g x i W u z h o u Government paid serious attention to whole working process. Finally, we not only showcased astonishing high technologies in the project, but also made it become a new typical exhibition project in Wuzhou District. What's more, the successful accomplishment of the project has brought many favorable comments among the public.

汶川大地震以后，政府重建成绩有目共

睹，基於纪念意义重大而筹建震中博物

馆。馆中设置有4D放映厅，通过影音和

实时设备重现汶川大地震的灾难境况，而

我们被委以重托，要求实事求是地製作并

重现整个大区域的地震过程影象。实地考

察中需要步入被违禁的震源区域，爬山涉

水，险象环生，而最终也证明了我们认真

的制作被政务人员予以了高度的肯定。

作为政府项目，整个工作流程安排都倍受

广西梧州政府领导重视，我们在整个展

示中心的三维影视设计以及几百平米的大

型沙盘展示上创作与效果实现高科技的处

理，而且把整个项目升华至整个梧州新区

Dongling Square locates at the junction of Guangyuan East area and Xintang Central area, next to Xinxin Exit, Xintang Commercial & Financial District. Combining the southern traffic hub area with the northern production area, it is going to form a Guangzhou eastern comprehensive core area of 8 square kilometers.

The client required this project to be unique. It needs to highlight its modern style through the “five senses” which are sense of sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch. Thus this film merged massive special editing methods with 2D elements to bring a fresh visual experience, which is also a new challenge for us.

R&F Ying Kay Square locates in the west of Zhu Jiang new town of CBD axle wire. This project covers an area of 7,942 square meters, the gross area is about 170,000 square meters. The height of the project is 296.50 meters and total story is 65, which is built to be an extraordinary international business center.

It is another masterpiece from R&F Properties following the R&F Yingxin Mansion, creating a new benchmark of first class twin office buildings in Zhu Jiang New Town.

Wuhan Jinxiu Xiangjing Garden is located in busy part of Wuhan Province with an area of 2800 Mu and convenient transportation, it only takes 15 minutes to arrive the centre of Wuhan, which is the world- class garden Xianjiang Group has been committed to build.We use Inception which is well known to all over the world for reference in this animation. The story line of this animation is spinning top to bring out the brilliant success of Xiangjiang Group during 11 years. The animation presents the development plan of Sci-Tech Wuhan in the future by surrealist effects and luxurious setting of Wuhan Jinxiu Xiangjiang Gardon by magnificent camera shot.

Shunde Furniture Town, which locates at Yiyang, Hunan Province, with a total area of 213 hectares, is a large scale mix-used development in a sum up to 9.5 billion yuan investment. It aims to be the largest furniture-oriented urban complex in the Central China and South China area.Being the large invested urban complex mainly for the furniture exhibition theme, Shunde Furniture Town project contains a complicated background of several industries supply chain and mutual development. Due to the large information needed to be presented in the architectural animation and high requirement of creative thinking presentation effects, it took a long time for us to finish an animation film script. This well prepared fundamental work make a smooth schedule control for the latter stage of the project animation making. In the end, investors and the local government speak highly of our digital solution work.

The Starry Golden Sands is one of the most profound projects in Jinshazhou Guangzhou. At the early stage, many architectural visualization companies participated in the bidding. However, we won the project by putting the Touching Story of Old Guangzhou in the animation to reproduce the old Guangzhou in 70s and 80s and bring back the vanished neighborhood feelings via the Internet, media and museum. In the end, the animation was favored by both of our clients and audiences.
