Log on to:www.einstruction.com and go to the home page.

Click on the “eI Community” link.

When the eI registrationscreen appears, if it is your first time there, Click on “Register Today”.

Complete the Registration form and click on “Submit” at the bottom.

After registering,log-in and enter theeI Community.

Click on the “Resources”along the top. A drop-down box will appear.

Click on “SearchResources”.

Type in key searchwords and select the appropriate levels orcontent areas below.

Then, click “SearchResources” at the bottom

Lessons and imagesthat met your search criteria will be displayed.

Click on the desiredlesson or resource.

Click the “Download”button to download it toyour computer.

The lesson can be opened for a single use or saved to a folder for future use, and accessed by going to Menu>File>Open.

There are several waysto create your own lessonsin Workspace. One of these is to use materials found in the Gallery.

To access the Gallery, clickon the Gallery icon in yourtoolbar.

When thefirst Gallerywindow appears,choose fromthe variouscategories.

When the 2nd window opens, you canchoose fromfurther topics and sub-topics,and then, see a preview of theimage in thelower window.

When you find an image you want,click and drag itonto the Workspaceblank page.

You can import an image and create a series of layers using the Layering tool at the bottom of the Workspace screen.Each layer has another detail, fact,or concept to beadded or revealed as part of the lesson.

To begin creatinga layered lesson, click on theeInstruction icon at the bottom of your computer screen, the Device Manager window will open.

Scroll up and click on “Workspace”.

When your toolbar appears, click on the “Create New Page” icon and a new blank pagewith your toolbar along the side will appear.

At the bottom of the blank page, you will see the layer tool bar. There are 4 tools on the layer toolbar.

To begin creating,import (copy) an image and drag or paste it onto the blank page.

This will beLayer 1.

Click on the +sign in the layer toolbar.

After clicking on the+ sign, Layer 2 will be added. On this layer, the first termin the center canbe revealed.Click on the +again.

After clicking on the+ sign, Layer 3 will be added. On this layer, the second term in the image can be revealed.Click on the +again.
