What is it?

The Unilever Future Leaders League is a global competition that challenges students from all over the world to answer a Unilever brand challenge. As the home of some of the world’s best loved brands, like Dove, Knorr and Ben & Jerry’s, there’s no better business competition to enter.

This year, the challenge is about Lipton. Can you come up with an idea that makes Lipton tea cooler and more digital than ever before?

Why take part?

This is your chance to discover Unilever from the inside while getting outstanding training, meeting like-minded people, learning from senior professionals – and maybe even travelling the world.

There are prizes to be won too. Make it to the National Finals, and you’ll receive a variety of goodies taken from our huge range of products. Win the European Finals and your reward will be a trip across Europe, where you’ll discover up to 30 countries by train and ferry.

The best of the European Finalists will be flown to our Global Finals in London. And if you win this, you’ll be invited to the amazing One Young World Summit in an international location – where the worlds’ most talented young people will be joined by world leaders for an unforgettable event.

Not only will all this look great on your CV, but it’s also a fantastic chance to start building a strong international network. Most of all, it’ll give you a real head start if you choose to launch your career at Unilever.

How does it work?

1. Apply online You can enter individually or in a team of up to three. Then, come up with an awesome idea and share it with us at www.UnileverEuropeFLL.com

2. National final

If your idea succeeds, you’ll be invited to the next stage where a new challenge awaits you. You’ll present your idea to a panel of Unilever judges at your national final.

3. European final

One team at each national final will be awarded best in market and invited to compete against other European winners in Rotterdam - the European Headquarters of Unilever.

4. Global final

The best teams in Europe will compete at our Global Final in London, where they’ll be set a special challenge.
