personal trainingCampus Rec personal trainers are prepared to develop an exercise program specifically for you. From the novice to the elite athlete, FAU trainers have the knowledge and skill to work with you to achieve your unique fitness goals. FAU Personal Training has something for everyone. Our trainers treat each session as a learning experience and an avenue to promote your physical progress and knowledge.

All sessions include: 3 dynamic flexibility assessments 3 body composition determination 3 resting heart rate and blood pressure measurements 3 initial consultation with your trainer

The initial consultation is a chance for you to meet with your trainer to discuss your goals, exercise history, likes, dislikes and expectations. The initial consultation will help your trainer personalize your training program and address your needs.

The movement and flexibility assessments are designed to give trainers insight into the way you move. These assessments reveal which muscles are tight and which muscles need to be strengthened. The information gained from these assessments will help your trainer give you the tools to improve flexibility, posture and increase the effectiveness of your workout.

Sign-up for Personal Training in the Membership Office located in the Recreation & Fitness Center.
