Genesis of the project

The origin of the idea came from my grandfather wholived 106 years. I asked him the secret of his longevity, he said ,he never took medicines, consuming only natural products and don’t use pesticides in Farming.

I decided then to live longer and help people to do the same by facilitating access to organic products

Specializing in the commercialization and certification of organic products, our company plans to provide these services to different categories of customers, Farmers , restaurants, canteens, groups and individuals.

Our commitment is to provide our customers with healthy and higher quality products. while respecting the environment and biological cycles

Key Activities

• Storage and marketing of organic products from individual farms

• Create a website which includes the price of products and their traceability

• Sensitize local farmers with the requirements of organic certification and control products supplied by farmers.

• develop a system of certification based on local labor unions.

• creating a franchise for the sale of organic products

Value Propositions

• marketing the produce of local farmers, through the concept a Bio Basket distributed weekly and can be ordered online.

• Establish a web stock market for organic products in the region in order to spread throughout the national territory

• Create a rating scale for each farmer who understands the conditions of certification and delivery

• Create franchise business for cooperatives to sell locally

• Establish a system of local certification with affordable prices for small farmers

• Human : people with knowledge of the area of organic farming

& Farmers Cooperatives .

• Material : electric vehicles for delivery (of preference) & a shop for the storage of products.

• Financial : financial support to complete the entire project.(Bank Credit & business angels).

• local community : different categories of customers, restaurants, canteens, groups and individuals

• Farmers: we will store their produces and offer for sale, they will benefit from the certification and advertising provided by our website

• Professionals: they will be able to view the prices of products and their traceability via internet and order the quantity they want.

Customer Relationship

• Direct contact: get the products directly from farmers

• A phone connection: farmers are not aware of the web technologies so the phone is an excellent way to contact them and to know the prices of products

• Home delivery: potential customers of BIO baskets will be delivered at home and we will take every time their opinions

• Internet: website allows customers to control their portions of organic products and professionals to list the prices of products and allow customers to us and note the farmers.

• Facebook and Twitter Page: Social networks are important for inter-react with clients and professionals

Objectives and Purpose

• Reduce the distance traveled by the product before consumption, and thereby participate in the fight against climate change .

• Encourage organic farming and consumption of their products

• Promote local production.

• Allow farmers to sell their products with a fair price and and know the true market price.

• Provide an interface for online advertising and link between professionals
