Basic Soccer Standards

1. General Issues

Don´t forget to take your 4-Digit-Code

Always use a head set during the match

Deactivate the possibility to receive a “second call”

Numbers for all SMS messages: +43 676 800812803 or +43 69919258188

Please be at the venue 1 hour before official match start.

Make sure you know which team is which

Make sure which team has got the kick off

Please take a seat where you can see the scoreboard and the pitch

Please take a seat in a calm area of the stadium.

Do not sit in “hardcore” fan section

The phone system will call you automatically 15 minutes before match starts

If you don‘t receive a call: Please call the supervisor +43 1279 373784

Never be shy to ask people around you if you are uncertain of some details

Take care you have an additional full charged battery with you.

Check kick off date and time short before you leave home.

In some countries are restrictions for duration of a call. It means calls get cut after

x minutes. To avoid unnecessary cuts during second period you should hang up during

half time and wait for system call.

1.1. Disciplinary Measurements General Issues

To run out of batteries: No payment

Missed changed kickoff date and time: No payment

2. Technical Information

We are using a DTMF based technology. This means that the quality of your local phone

network has an influence on the quality of our system. This is something totally out of

our power.

You as a scout can minimize the risk by using a phone provider which is not very

common in your country. Therefore you should avoid using low cost phone providers.

This will cause you problems for sure.

There might be some problems with the recognition of your goal entries. This is very

critical when it comes to any goal entries. In these cases you should immediately press

bet stop and inform supervisor (by pressing “*”) about the goal.

There are also some disconnections during a match possible. No need to panic in these

cases. The system will call you automated after disconnection. Please note important

happenings during this disconnection. Don´t open the market if there was a goal,

penalty, cards, corners, penalties meanwhile. Press “*” and connect to supervisor to

inform him about above mentioned happenings (goals, cards, corners, penalties) during

disconnection. Open market only if all important happenings are entered by supervisor.

You don´t have to connect to supervisor in case nothing important happened during your

disconnection. In these cases you can open market and continue coverage.

Additionally we want to emphasize that especially entries with single digits like attacks,

penalty shootout and player in are getting recognized very slow. This is because system

is waiting if there is a second entry for more important events. Please don’t get in panic if

you have the feeling that the system is too slow for these entries.

We have marked all “slow buttons” in standards.

3. Changes for Match Fixtures

You have to inform us whenever there is any fixture change (date/KO time) for

matches which are confirmed to you or which you have applied for.

Please use only “Match feedback” within “Match Details” view for this:

Page 7: Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards 07.03.2012

4. Info Tab in Match Details

You have got the possibility to enter a link related to a match through “info Tab”

in “Match details”. This will ensure an optimized information exchange and

increase probability for a confirmation of certain match.

Page 8: Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards 07.03.2012

5. Pre Match SMS Messages

Please send all information regarding the match before the system call via “Emergency

SMS” You will always be refunded for all SMS expenses for our numbers.

Numbers for all SMS messages: +43 676 800812803 or +43 69919258188

SMS message when you are late: “I will be late by xxx minutes”

SMS message when you haven't received a system call: “No call received”

SMS message when fixture changed: “Fixture changed”

After sending the SMS: please wait until we contact you.

6. Mute Function

You have to switch your mobile device to mute during the coverage. Be aware that the

mute function is not silent.

When you are in the middle of a call, you can also mute the cell phone from the

"Options" menu by pressing on the "OK" or "Send" button and selecting "Mute" from the

menu. To un-mute, select "Options" again and choose "Un-mute."

Make sure you can handle mute function at your device perfectly before attending any

matches. You should always be aware how to mute and unmute your device if needed.

Important: You have to turn off this function if you want to talk with the SV or if

you receive a supervisor call.

7. Supervisor Call “*”

Once connected with the phone system you can always call the supervisor by pressing

“*”. The System will connect you straight away. This will not cause you any phone costs.

Please use this facility for all circumstances where you are not sure about what to do.

Always press betstop before contacting the supervisor.

In some cases it will be necessary that supervisor has to enter information like goals,

cards, etc. for you. Please make sure that supervisor confirms the entry to you. So you

can continue coverage without risking any double entry.

Communication with supervisor is very important. You should always give clear answers

to his questions.

Please also make sure you always inform him for any tricky situation and for all the

action we may miss during any disconnection.

8. Post Call

Once system calls you, you will stay online until match has ended. Please make sure

you can always hear the following 3 options during your coverage:

Radio track

Supervisor if she/he is connected with you for any reason

12. Match Events

There are several match events you have to enter during soccer coverage:

Attacks and ball Safes

Corners

Bookings

Penalties

Time out

Goals

12.1 Attacks & Ball Safe (Slow Entry)

We have got important match information which is a combination of ball possession and

ball location.

You have to forward us if any of the teams is attacking or if ball is in so called “safe

zone”.

We have separated pitch into 3 parts. 2 of these 3 parts are attack zones (yellow) and 1

is a safe zone (green).

Page 22: Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards 07.03.2012

Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards

20

12.1.1. Attack

An attack is any enter of the ball into the yellow marked area by attacking team,

irrespective if the attack is resolved by a shot on goal. Only the entering of the ball into

the “yellow area” is relevant.

Press “1” for every home attack and “3” for every away team attack.

12.1.1.1. Attack Logics

There are some logics for attack information:

Forward “attack” information when it is likely that a free kick will be used into the

penalty box. Regardless from where it will be kicked.

Every free kick for the attacking team within the opponents half is an attack.

It is logically that every goal and every corner results from an attack. So please

forward this accurately.

12.1.2. Safe Ball

Ball safe information is any enter of the ball into ball safe zone (green) and whenever

defending team possesses ball in their half of the pitch.

Ball safe is always an automated „market open“ information. You don´t have to open the

market after ball safe information.

Page 23: Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards 07.03.2012

Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards

21

In updated version you can now enter which team has ball possession while

status is „ball safe“ by pressing „2+1“ for ball safe home team and „2+3“ for ball

safe away team.

You don´t have to confirm the ball safe button, but you have to enter if home or away

team saved.

Press 2+1 for ball safe home team

Press 2+3 for ball safe away team

12.1.2.1. Ball safe Logics

There are some logics for ball safe entries:

Please forward ball safe information when the ball enters the green zone in the

middle of the pitch.

You have to enter ball safe information when the defending team possesses the

ball or the goal keeper saves the ball.

Every missed goal attempt (goal kick) is a ball safe information.

Please press the ball safe information again when the ball is in the safe zone

more than 30 seconds

Page 24: Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards 07.03.2012

22

12.1.3. Rating for Attack and Ball Safe Information

The accurate entering of attack and ball safe information is very important and will be

rated.

12.2. Corners (Slow Entry)

Press “4” for “Corner home team” and press “5” to confirm

Press “6” for “Corner away team” and press “5” to confirm

12.2.1. Corner Logics

Corners are always attacks. Don’t forget to press “Safe Ball” when the corner kick

doesn’t end with a goal.

Page 25: Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards 07.03.2012

Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards

23

Be aware that corners should always follow previous attack entries

You don´t have to press betstop for a corner.

12.2.2. Disciplinary Measurements for Corner Mistakes

Wrong amount of corners during match will be penalized with 50% fee cut. We are

always cross checking your entries with official sources for this.

12.3. Bookings

When a yellow or red card is given the Referee takes out his "notebook" (actually a

match record card) & writes down the player's name & number. When he does this he

"books" a player & the player has been "booked".

There are 2 colors of "cards" which the referee will hold up to indicate serious fouls or

behavior which won't be tolerated. He carries these cards in his shirt pocket, so if he

reaches for his pocket it's a bad sign for the player who committed the foul.

When a card is to be given (it isn't actually given to the offending player, it is actually just

shown to him and to everyone else) the referee will stop the game, call the player over,

hold up the card and write the player's name in his notebook. This is called "booking" the

player and when it happens the player has been "booked", (e.g., "she was booked"). Any

time a Yellow or Red Card is shown, a "direct" or "indirect kick" will also be awarded.

We have 3 different booking styles in during our coverage:

Yellow Card

Red Card

Special Case. Yellow-red card.

12.3.1. Yellow Cards (Slow Button)

A yellow card is indicating a formal "caution" for any of the following 7 offenses:

Any "unsporting behavior" - this includes

Hard fouls

Holding an opponent or deliberately handling the ball for the purpose of

preventing an opponent from gaining possession of the ball

Page 26: Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards 07.03.2012

Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards

24

Faking an injury

Saying things that are designed to confuse or distract an opponent

Harassment (such as jumping around, shouting or making gestures to

intentionally distract an opponent)

Jumping in front of a corner kick, free kick or throw-in

Worrying the goalkeeper or trying to prevent him from putting the ball into

play

Gaining an unfair advantage by leaning on, climbing on the back of, or

holding a teammate or the goal

Blatant cases of holding and pulling an opposing player or his uniform;

Any action designed to deceive the Referee

Behavior which in the Referee's judgment is unsporting or causes an

unfair advantage

Dissent by word or actions,

Persistently breaking the rules,

Delaying the restart of play,

Defenders failing to stay the proper distance away from the kicker on a corner

kick, free kick or throw-in (see "Corner Kick" & "Free Kick"),

Entering or re-entering the field without the referee's permission

Deliberately leaving the field without the referees permission.

A player who receives 2 Yellow Cards is given a Red Card & ejected (see special case:

yellow-red card)

Page 27: Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards 07.03.2012

Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards

25

Press “7” for “Yellow card home team” and press “5” to confirm

Press “9” for “Yellow card away team” and press “5” to confirm

Yellow card entries don´t need any precious betstop status.

12.3.2. Red Cards (Automated Betstop)

A player must be shown a Red Card and "sent off" (i.e., made to leave the field) for the 7

offenses listed below. A player shown a "Red Card" & sent off may not be replaced

during that game (i.e., his team must play a player "short" for the rest of the game;

however, in some leagues a player may be replaced if he is ejected for receiving a

second Yellow Card). The 7 offenses for which a player must be shown a Red Card and

sent off are:

Serious foul play (includes any use of excessive force or brutality against an

opponent when challenging for the ball. Examples include a dangerous slide

Page 28: Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards 07.03.2012

Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards

26

tackle from behind, or an "over the top tackle" in which a player raises his foot so

the cleats could hit a player, or a two footed tackle that takes down the opponent.

FIFA has broadened this definition by saying that "Any player who lunges at an

opponent in challenging for the ball from the front, from the side or from behind

using one or both legs, with excessive force and endangering the safety of an

opponent is guilty of serious foul play. For current rules visit www.fifa.com, Laws

of the Game. The above quote is from Questions and Answers, Additional

Instructions for Referees). The rules now include "Decision 4", which says: "A

tackle, which endangers the safety of an opponent, must be sanctioned as

serious foul play".

Violent conduct,

Spitting at anyone,

Deliberately touching the ball with a hand in order to prevent a goal or to deny an

obvious goal scoring opportunity (such as to prevent a "Breakaway".... this does

not apply to the goalkeeper within his own Penalty Box)

Fouling an opponent to prevent an obvious goal scoring opportunity (e.g., holding

to stop a breakaway),

Using offensive, insulting or threatening language and/or gestures,

Receiving a second yellow card in one game (see special case: yellow-red card)

Press “77” for “Red card home team” and press “5” to confirm

Press “99” for “Red card away team” and press “5” to confirm

Page 29: Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards 07.03.2012

Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards

27

Confirm a red card only if you are 100% sure that it is given.

After confirming a penalty system will ask you whether the entered red card is a driect

red card or a yellow/red card:

Press “2” for direct red card

Press “3” for yellow/red card

Press “0” for no card

Be aware that you have to confirm these entries.

In case of a fight on the pitch where several players are involved and red card is likely,

please press “0” and wait until the situation is 100% clear.

Page 30: Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards 07.03.2012

Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards

28

After entering the red please open the market only when the situation is 100% clear. If

the red was awarded for a dangerous free kick the market should remain closed.

After Confirming the red card system will ask you whether it was a red card or a

yellow/red card.

Important:

Don’t enter a red/yellow card for a player on bench.

12.3.3. Disciplinary Measurements for Booking Issues

Wrong amount of yellow cards: 50% cut from your fee

Missing red card: 100% cut from your fee

Delayed entering of yellow/red cards (no fee cut if it is just few minutes

delay for yellow card: 50% fee cut from your fee

12.4. Penalties (Automated Betstop)

A "penalty kick" or "PK", is a special type of direct free kick. When a player commits any

of the 10 "Direct Free Kick Fouls" within his own Penalty Box, the other team is given a

Penalty Kick. On a penalty kick, a player from the fouled team gets a free shot at goal

from the "Penalty Mark" with only the goalkeeper to stop the shot. All other players must

stay outside the Penalty Box & the Penalty Box Arc until it is kicked.

The kick must go forward & once "in play" any player other than the kicker may then

touch the ball.

The goalkeeper must stay on the goal line until the ball is kicked, but he can move

laterally along the line. The goalkeeper cannot take actions (such as waving his arms or

yelling) to try to intentionally distract the kicker because that would be "unsporting", nor

can the kicker start his run & then stop for the purpose of faking the Goalkeeper, for the

same reason.

Page 31: Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards 07.03.2012

concurrently to penalty.

Don’t forget to open the market again when the penalty is missed. Each penalty

situation has to be resolved as described above.

You can enter red cards also during a penalty procedure without causing a

betstart.

Always wait for referee before confirming goals by penalty. Be sure that referee

18. Most Important

Do not try to correct any wrong entries yourself once you have confirmed them

with “5”. In these cases: Stop the betting market and immediately call the

supervisor with “*”.

After a goal: Wait until the match starts from center again and confirm the goal

with “5” It is a big mistake to confirm a goal which is subsequently disallowed

because of offside, foul etc.

You might have disconnections during coverage. This is not a reason to panic or

to get worried about. In most of the cases there is a technical reason for this. The

majority of the disconnections can be avoided if you hang up call during halftime.

Please wait until you get a call either from system or directly from supervisor.

You don’t have to send an SMS to get re-connected.

The first thing to do after you are re-connected is to contact supervisor and report

about any happenings during disconnection. Please wait for supervisor

confirmation before opening the market again.

Don’t open the market without confirmation from supervisor when you get

disconnected.

19. FAQ

19.1 FAQ Soccer

Answer: Procedure: Weather conditions Pitch Conditions 0 8 when coin toss

1 or 3 for home/away team kicking-off 5 at the point the kick-off happens

Question: I pressed a key by mistake, I was pressing # and then ## (2 times #); what is

the right input (dial number) to delete the instruction without problems?

Answer: Press one time #

Question: When I give the weather information to the system; I use 1, 2 and 3 - one for

good, two for medium and three for bad. Do you have any suggestions what a medium

weather is, rain, wind, snow...?

Answer: Cloudy

Question: When a player scores a goal because the ball touched his body… How do

you describe such goals?

Answer: The goal is a goal by shot.

Question: How do I find out the actual status of the market, whether the market is open

Answer: The system repeats the status frequently. Another option is to press the “#”

button. Then you can request a status quo.

Question: Home Team is attacking, and there’s a shot outside the area; the goalkeeper

get the ball (so the player failed his goal attempt) but a defender (from the away team) is

having the ball but still in the dangerous area ... Could you tell me when do I have to

press "2" ? When the forward fails the shot? Or should I wait until the ball goes with the

defender outside of the danger area?

Answer: We need you to press “attack” when the attacking team enters the “yellow

zone” with the ball. Regardless the fact if they shot or not. You have to press safe when:

Page 49: Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards 07.03.2012

Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards

47

The attacking team stops attack and turn back into the “safe

zone”

The defending team steals or blocks the ball

The attacking team tries an attempt and misses

When the goal keeper safes the ball

Question: Home Team is attacking, and there’s a shot outside the area; the goalkeeper

get the ball, pass it to one of his team mates, but he loses the ball and a player from the

home team attacks again; Should I first press "2" when the goalkeeper hits the ball and

press "1" again because there is another attack? Or should I NOT press "2" and keep

the action of "1" because the attack is still remaining?

Answer: Do not press “2”. But press another “attack” (1) for the home team.

Question: There is a corner (press "4+5" home team attacking) but the attacking team

hits a short ball and two players are fronting each other around the corner area, what

should I type in?

Answer: Please press another “dangerous attack” to mention that the dangerous attack

still is still remaining.

Question: If both teams are fronting each other in the midfield area for some time

without dangerous attacks from both sides, how often should I press “2”?

Answer: Every 30 seconds. Please be aware, that every push to “2” generates a

“market” opening, we need the Live inputs as accurate and precise as possible.

Question: Could you tell me what to dial for a dangerous attack which finishes with a

corner?

Answer: 1/3 for dangerous attack + 4/6 for corner + 2 for safe ball (if there is no goal).

Please be aware that you have to press a dangerous attack almost before every corner.

Question: If during the match, there are 3 consecutive corners (back to back, ball stays

in the dangerous zone), should I press “2” in between each of them?

Page 50: Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards 07.03.2012

Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards

48

Answer: No need to press 2 between the corners.

Question: What is the procedure if it is unclear who scored or how the goal was scored?

Answer: The system will ask you several times, and if you don’t enter anything the

status will be unknown. That’s fine with us.

Question: There is a dangerous free kick, I press "0" and wait... but the system vopitch

is telling me asking for "press 0 to open the market"; what does it means?

Answer: The moment you press “0” and wait everything is stopped and our clients got

the information that there is a situation which will very likely be a goal. The system is

only remembering you that you have closed the market and you should open it as soon

as the dangerous situation is over.

Question: Should I have the market open or closed when the game is in general play?

For example when the players are the middle of the pitch passing the ball?

Answer: The market always has to be open except on special situations like a goal, a

red card and a very dangerous position or on a supervisor request.

Question: When the ball enters yellow area it is Attack, if there is immediately free kick,

do I have to press another Attack, or one attack is enough?

Answer: One attack is enough. The attack is just an indication to show where the ball is.

Question: During a game a penalty is awarded ..."4-4" or "6-6" then "5"...whilst waiting

for the penalty to be taken the call disconnects. During this time the penalty is scored.

When the connection is re-established and after entering the scout code...the system

asks for the betting to be opened (as it automatically closes) and then I enter the fact

that a goal was scored...how it was scored. Shot etc. In this situation, is this the correct

procedure or what action should be taken?

Answer: No. You should keep the market closed and contact the supervisor with “*”.

This is the general procedure: You have to call supervisor when you get reconnected

Page 51: Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards 07.03.2012

Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards

49

and wait for him to confirm you that you can open the market. There will be a fee cut if

you ignore this important instruction.

Question: If the penalty is missed and rebound goal what should we press? Is there an

automated betstart?

Answer: No. There wont be an automated betstart when penalty is missed. Only a

scored penalty is generating an automated betstart.

For a rebound you have to enter goal after penalty is missed (0).

Question: What to do if more then 1 card is given during penalty? (for example 1 for the

foul, 1 for protesting (the cards are given to different players))

Answer: There will be a change for this in upcoming releases. At present you should

enter the most important (always red cards) and skip the yellows for after the penalty

procedure. If there are more than 1 red cards during penalty you should immediately

contact supervisor.

Question: Is it still ok to press manual betstop before entering penalty? What should

reason for betstop be?

Answer: Yes it is ok to press betstop. You should enter “Other” as reason for betstop.

Question: If player receives 2nd yellow card, then its enough to report the red card

directly and then answer the question that this is 2nd yellow.

4/4 or 5/5. The system will ask you press “2” for red card, “3” for yellow/red card and “0”

for no card.

Page 52: Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards 07.03.2012

Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards

50

Question: I would like to clarify yellow/red cards situation. If a player gets a second

yellow and red card, does it mean that I should press 7/7+5 or 9/9+5 and to choose

yellow/red action?

Answer: Yes!

Question: For a penalty that was scored should you wait for kick off to press 1 (as when

pressing 5 to confirm a normal goal) or will you have to press 1 when goal scored and

then 5 to confirm at kick off?

Answer: You should be sure that the goal is given. The best is here to wait.

Question: If penalty was missed but ball goes out for a corner. You should press 0 for

penalty missed but then should you manually open the market first before entering the

corner?

Answer: Yes. The market should be opened before.

Question: When a player receives a red card due to a second yellow card, what's the

best sequence ?

1> Enter only red card and system will ask me if yellow/red card situation?

2> Betstop + yellow card + red card

3> yellow card + red card

Answer: It is the first option: Enter only red card and system will ask me if yellow/red

card situation

Question: If a penalty is scored or missed but the referee then says that the penalty has

to be retaken, what should I do? I need to know the correct procedure for what to do if i

have entered the goal, but also if i have not entered the goal. should i press ball

safe/cancel goal and then reenter the penalty? or should i call the supervisor? This is

Page 53: Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards 07.03.2012

Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards

51

important that i know this, because tomorrow i have a match which could finish with a

penalty shootout.

Answer: You should enter a goal only once the match has restarted. So there is no way

you can enter a not given goal. When a penalty is retaken you should wait until final

resolution.

19.2. General FAQ

Questions about Livescouting duties:

Question: I have forwarded you the list of teams which are within 60 Km from my home.

But there are some information regarding flights, accommodation and victuals in the

guidelines. Does this mean I can also cover matches far away?

Answer: The team listing is important for us to know which matches, club, venues you

can cover within an acceptable distance. Regarding the information requested about

transportation is important to us for possible tournament coverage.

Question: I have seen that there is a discount on my fee if I make some mistake, is it

because the information goes to some betting provider?

Answer: We do indeed have discounts on possible mistakes. As far as we are providing

live results for Medias or Betting providers, we can’t allow any mistakes.

Question: How will I handle the Livescouting duty? Would I have to use a PDA or a

regular mobile phone?

Answer: You can use a standard mobile phone; we do not recommend using PDA or

any software for Livescouting duties.

Question: If I am interested by a supervisor position for a certain region, will I have to

provide (with my scouts) full coverage of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd soccer leagues? Or just try

to cover as much games as possible?

Answer: As a supervisor you will help us recruiting and organizing a scout network in

certain regions to be able to cover as much games as possible. Please keep in mind that

Page 54: Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards 07.03.2012

Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards

52

we will never guarantee an exclusive coverage, we always need two sources for each

match.

Question: The payment procedure for Supervisor is not clear to me. How does it work?

Answer: You still have regular scout duty, fee staid unchanged. Supervisor gets 5,00 €

each match successfully covered by a scout of his network.

Question: I received (or) sent a match but it’s over 100kms from where I live, would it ok

to provide coverage?

Answer: It is not worth for us that a scout travel over 100kms to cover one game or two.

Please clarify this before you travel to the far venue with [email protected].

Question: Will you cover the phone bills?

Answer: You always will be the recipient of the phone call. So you won´t have any costs

except other than you are living in USA or Canada.

Question: Will I be given anything in written and signed that my expenses will be

covered?

Answer: You will have confirmations for each match. But there is no contract or similar

agreement.

Question: If I provide the list of events (teams) I can attend will I get the confirmation

that these are the ones you're interested in?

Answer: We need the team names only for administrative reasons. You will not get any

confirmation that you have to cover all matches from one scout. We have more than just

1 scout in one region. So we always try to allocate the matches to the best scout.

19.3. FAQ Invoicing

Question: How can I get payment?

Page 55: Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards 07.03.2012

Sportsdata Basic Soccer Standards

53

Answer: You have to send us an invopitch at the end of each month (after your last duty

every month). The invoicing is part of SMP “Invopitch Center”. Be aware that you just

can send 1 invopitch per month.

Question: Do I need to send you scan for all expenses?

Answer: Yes. We won´t reimburse any expense which is not proved with a scan.

Question: What can I charge for fuel? Do you need fuel receipts for each match?

Answer: You can sum up your kilometers for each match and take fuel at the end of the

month. There is following rule you can consider:

100 Km = 10 Liter

Question: How will you transfer payment?

Answer: We are transferring only via bank (IBAN and BIC needed) or via

moneybookers.com. Outside EU we recommend usage of Moneybookers.com.

Please be aware that we don’t reimburse any bank transfer costs.

Question: How long it takes to receive payment after I have sent my invopitch?

Answer: This is the invoicing procedure:

1st to 10th each month: Live scouting gathering all invopitchs and starts checking these

(expenses, scans etc.)

From 10th each month: Live scouting is confirming checked invopitchs to accounting and

they are proceeding with payment.

This procedure may take a few days. Since we have a tremendous number of scouts

and this number is increasing daily. Therefore please be patient with the payments. If

anybody has got any doubts concerning our integrity, please stop sending us any

proposals until you receive your money.

Some of you already made the experience that we respond very fast if there is anything

missing for your invopitchs.
