1.0. INTRODUCTIONSplendorial Multi Consulting Limited has TWELVE (12) professionals from several disciplines (architecture, psychology, mechanical eng, IT, furniture, law and management) on the Board.

We are Turnkey Consultants in architecture, building /civil engineering, dredging / sand filing, bush / swamp clearing and interiors that is ever ready to deliver innovative professional services, geared to meet the need of our ever-increasing and ever-discerning clients in various segments of the Nigerian economy. We make the quality of services our main competitive advantage.

Our belief is that the housing need of man can be divided into two basic categories.Firstly, man needs an accommodation as a protection from the elements of the weather, fellow human beings and for self-dignity; this requires simplicity in form and materials.

Secondly, man needs building of architectural merit that is outstanding in form, shape, design and material specifications i.e. the so-called “Dream House”. These convictions are the basis of our belief in the use of local raw materials and the simplicity of forms and shapes in our designs as well as preference for the best of technologies and technicians as much as possible.

To further supplement and strengthen our operations, the company appointed twelve (12) qualified independent world class professionals as consultants in their fields of operations to our group.

Studied Architecture at the Yaba College of Technology, Yaba where he graduated with the Higher National Diploma in 1988. People oriented, amiable, innovative, creative, with a good Christian integrity, easy to work with and enterprising with a good technical understanding of design and construction of residential, religious, commercial and institutional buildings.

Good managerial spirit, entrepreneurial and sound business development abilities. Able to work under pressure and break tribal, social, religious and other types of barriers. Treasure relationship, an excellent team player, meticulously investigative.

Oladosu AIYEPOLA:

2nd vice-president; LL.B, BL. Ph.D (honoris cuasa)

A 1985 graduate of law from the University of Ife presently known as (Obafemi Awolowo University) and was called to the Nigerian Law Bar in 1986. He is versatile and widely experienced, having worked in private law firms and the banking sector.

 He left the banking sector to establish his own string of businesses from 1994 to date. His business interest spans from agriculture, printing, engineering sub –sector and of course real estate which is his area of specialization. He is currently the Vice chairman of Splendorial Multi Consulting Limited and he holds an honorary doctorate degree in theology

Attended the Yaba College of Technology, Yaba where he obtained the Higher National Diploma in Architecture in 1994.

Worked in many establishments where he has acquired a wealth of experience both in project management and information technology. A graduate member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects – NIA. An excellent team player, with strong analytical mind and very good knowledge of AutoCAD.

• Friday BEN-CHIEDU: Read mechanical engineering at the Yaba College of Technology. Ability for creative engineering solutions, good knowledge of management of technical personnel, excellent mixer and well focused on achieving objectives. Positively minded with the ability to adapt to prevailing situations for the purpose of achieving desired objectives, works well in a team, harbors no bias and easily motivates subordinates.
