•List all task of Viking project ( base on WBS )•Members estimate time (hour) to complete the task. Members check each other estimate, and adjust to be more suitable and explain in Assumption.•After that, teams discuss each task to find the best estimated time for the task.

• Because > 10 tasks, so team using a complex standard deviation calculation:• Compute the SD of each task (or feature): Individual SD = (IndividualWorstCaseEst- IndividualBestCaseEst)/6• Compute each task’s variance: Task variance = Task’s SD2

• Total the variances• Take the square root of the total
