This refers to the individuals whomake up a society . Every person,

regardless of commonalities they have with everyone, are unique and havedifferent roles and status within a society.

SocietyThis refers to the way people interact with each other and organise

themselves based on commonalities . Another term used is Social Group groups, networ!s, institutions, organisations, and systems.

CultureThis generally refers tothe values, arts, technology, laws and beliefs that

bind a society together.

Environment

This concept generally refers tothe physical and psychological setting of

a society . Physical may include rural or ur"an, whereas psychological couldinclude growing up in a violent home.

TimeTime is constant in all societies and cultures. #n our western way of thin!ing we choose to measure it in the linear model of past, present, and future. #n

Society and Culture time refers tocontinuity and change .

Gender This concept refers to how society constructs thedifferences between menand women.

Technology Technology meansthe tools that make life easier for both work and

leisure . Some societies have simple tools whereas others completely rely onsophisticated tools.
