•1989 - formalised as a private limited company.
•Primarily a corporate training company focusing on Trainer Training and Management Development.
• Moving into developing Learning & Competency software and consulting solutions.
• Expanding our services into the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries
• Formalisation of SMR HR Technologies Sdn Bhd, achieving the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) status
• On March 13, 2006 listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia – SMRT Holdings Berhad
• Expanded into the Education sector - Tertiary Education
