Puji syukur kehadirat Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala yang atas limpahan rahmat
dan kasih sayang-Nya penulis dapat menyelesaikan Laporan Tugas Akhir yang
berjudul “Sistem Informasi Manajemen Organisasi (SIMAO) Berbasis Web”.
Penyusunan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk memenuhi persyaratan
kelulusan Program Diploma III Teknik Informatika Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu
Pengetahuan Alam Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta. Dalam penyusunan

Dicky Agita Cahya, 2018. Sistem Informasi Manajemen Organisasi
(SIMAO) Berbasis Web. Dalam sebuah organisasi tidaklah luput dari masalah
pengarispan data kelembagaan. Pentingnya informasi cepat dan terpusat juga
menjadi salah satu kunci dari berjalannya organisasi. Setiap organisasi
membutuhkan suatu perencanaan, pemantauan dan pengevaluasian dari setiap
kegiatan yang dilakukan. Keseluruhannya dikemas dalam sebuah manajemen yang
melakukan koordinasi semua sumber daya melalui proses perencanaan,
pengorganisasian, penetapan tenaga kerja, pengarahan dan pengawasan untuk
mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan terlebih dahulu.
Sistem Informasi Manajemen Organisasi (SIMAO) Berbasis Web merupakan
sistem informasi yang menyediakan layanan manajemen organisasi yang menjadi
kunci dalam keberjalanan suatu organisasi. Sistem Informasi Manajemen
Organisasi (SIMAO) Berbasis Web tidak dikhususkan untuk sebuah organisasi
tertentu saja melainkan dapat digunakan untuk organisasi manapun karena didesain
universal. Sistem informasi ini dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan
Framework CodeIgniter.
Hasil akhir dari tugas akhir ini adalah Sistem Informasi Manajemen
Organisasi (SIMAO) Berbasis Web yang dapat digunakan sebagai pemonitoringan
keberjalanan organisasi dalam sebuah periode kepengurusan.

ABSTRACT
Dicky Agita Cahya, 2018. Web-based Information System of
Organization Management. Frequently, an organization has a problem in filing
and institutional. Fast and centrally information is one of the factors to operate an
organization. In every activity, it needs planning, observing, and evaluating
covered in management to coordinate all resources through the process of planning,
organizing, human resources applying, directing, and examining in reaching the
goal set before.
Web-based Information System of Organization Management provides the
organization management as the key to an organization. However, with universal
design, it could be used for any types of organization. This information system was
made using the programming language of PHP and Framework CodeIgniter.
The result of this final project report is Web-based Information System of
Organization Management, which aim to monitor an organization in a period of
stewardship consists of staff, document, and financial management.
