Site Administrator

A Site Security Administrator will be set up for each site by IT.

The Site Security Administrator will have the rights to add and remove users from assigned sites only.


Setting up a User Go to Site Actions Go to Manage Site Sharing Check Partner Box (VOA Affiliates) Select Actions | Manage Users Select New User In the Add box enter the e-mail address

and hit ok


E-mail Step

The new user will receive a e-mail once they have been added. The E-mail will have instructions on how to set up their password.

This step is a 2 Step Process Invitation Verification


An Invitation is sent

The User will click the embedded link


Completing Registration and Creating a Password You will Receive a Verification E-mail. Click

the link to create password
