Van Ministry trip to HARRINGTON CASINO – Friday, August 24: Cost: $35 with a $15 rebate and free buffet. Bus will leave upper parking lot at 9 a.m. For more information, call Rhona Lewis (443) 627-1219 or Carolyn Gray (443) 204-1247. This is a fundraiser to benefit the Centennial year projects. Knights of Columbus Mother Lange Council is holding a raffle with $500 first prize, $250 second prize and $125 third prize. Tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20. Proceeds help the Knights with many capital projects in the area. Please see any Knight for tickets or contact the rectory. Drawing will be held on September 12 at The Franciscan Friar in Howard County at 7p.m. St. Vincent de Paul Annual Toiletry Collection - September 15 & 16: Donations of toiletries for the homeless should include but not limited to medium sizes of toothpaste, soap, wash cloths, deodorant, shaving cream, etc. As always we thank you for your continued support. COMMUNITY NOTES BAG LUNCHES NEEDED: At Beans & Bread Center, we try to meet the many needs of the hungry and homeless in Baltimore City. In addition to feeding a hot meal to approximately 300 persons daily on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays, we provide Bag Lunches instead of a hot meal on Wednesdays. Currently we are in need of 150 lunches on Wednesday, August 1st, 22nd & 29th. Jack Lombardi, and others, who will pilgrimage 100 mi to Baltimore’s Basilica of the Assumption, from Western Maryland. This is a pilgrimage for RELIGIOUS FREEDOM, to witness to others along the pilgrim route, that Catholics and other institutions are mandated against their religion and conscience to offer unjust health care packages. RCIA CAN TEACH US ABOUT THE NEW EVANGELIZATION. The Department of Evangelization will be sponsoring a series of Study Days. We gather to discuss how the vision of the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults can assist in our mission of evangelization. These gatherings will be specifically geared toward pastoral staffs, RCIA teams, adult faith formation committees and parishioners that might be called to further their own work of evangelization. New All Saints will host a Study Day on Saturday, A4ugust 25, 10a.m. – 12 p.m. in the Rosa Parks Room. The 3 nearest gatherings are:

August 8, 10a-12p -- St. Mark, Catonsville

August 13, 7-9pm -- Immaculate Conception, Towson

August 16, 7-9pm -- Sacred Heart, Glyndon
