First Name Middle Name Last Name Email Address

Your 4-H Story lets the people who are reading and/or judging your book get to know you personally. This is your opportunity to talk about some of your most special leadership experiences, learning opportunities and community service projects at length. It also gives you a chance to tell funny stories or tell about sad situations that have happened to you in 4-H. A 4-H Story and Photo portfolio is yours, so take advantage of it! It is recommended to first type your narrative in a text editor (such as Word) and then copy and paste it into this section.
