shifts. The Technician/Mechanic is responsible for
installation, troubleshooting and repair and upgrade of mechanical, electrical, and electronic assemblies and systems.
Work includes production, engineering setups, installations, testing, certification, and repair. Qualified candidates will
possess strong troubleshooting (to component level) and problem solving skills, strong analog, video, mechanical, and
digital skills, experience using DVM, Oscilloscope, hand tools and excellent soldering skills. Essential Functions:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain all packaging and support equipment to optimize efficiency and quality. Conducts line
changeovers and makes necessary set-up and adjustments as required by the production schedule. Perform line alteration,
rebuilding as necessary. Assist Engineering on equipment installations. Repair and fabricate parts as required. Develop
PM checklists, troubleshooting aids and training plans. Assist and train team members in simple adjustments,
troubleshooting and maintenance tasks. Provide technical interface between operations, maintenance, engineering, and
suppliers. Provide start-up assistance on new equipment and process installations. Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate
electronic, pneumatic, and process equipment and controls. Must be able to work productively with limited supervision.
Education and Experience: Range from High School diploma to an Associate's degree with 5 plus years equivalent
technical experience and/or military technical training. Training and or experience in electrical and electronic fault
isolation to include PLC troubleshooting and minor programming. A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and
PowerPoint. Initiative/motivation and communication skill required. Working Conditions: The performance of this
position normally requires exposure to typical manufacturing areas where under certain conditions the use of personal
protective equipment, such as safety glasses, and hygienic precautions, such as hairnets, are required. The work
environment is not climate controlled. Noise level in the work environment is usually normal to moderate. Working
extended hours may be required. Regularly scheduled attendance is required. Physical Requirements: The position is in
the factory and could involve standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day. The employee
must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Occasionally this position may require the lifting and/or moving of more

Diesel & Heavy Equipment Mechanic (Geneva, NY) A Heavy Equipment Mechanic performs skilled tasks in the
mechanical repair and maintenance of heavy trucks, earth moving, and related construction equipment road graders,

injection valves and systems, mold boards, and scarifies on road graders. He must also inspect, adjust and repair gasoline
and diesel tractors, and hydraulic and cable operated attachments on tractors. The Heavy Equipment Mechanic repairs and
maintains trenching machines and sets proper grade. The Heavy Equipment Mechanic is expected to perform incidental
welding operations on equipment. He is required to have some welding knowledge as well as experience in the field. He
communicates any unsafe conditions or accidents/injuries in a timely manner to the supervisor in order to facilitate prompt
correction or reporting. The Heavy Equipment Mechanic knows the hazards of his job and is trained in safety precautions
of the trade. The other very vital thing that the Heavy Equipment Mechanic must have a great knowledge in is of course
the operation and maintenance requirements of heavy duty construction equipment.The Heavy Equipment Mechanic must
have skills in the care and use of hand and power tools employed in all phases of heavy equipment mechanical
maintenance and repair work. His skills must also include the use of automotive servicing equipment such as A/C
recycler, hydraulic jack, or emission analyzer. The skills that most Heavy Equipment Mechanic has are acquired while he
is working on the job. Most Heavy Equipment Mechanics learn their trade while working with other Heavy Equipment
Mechanics. In order to get the position, however, they must have five years of experience as a skilled automotive
mechanic, including some experience in the repair and maintenance of heavy duty construction or firefighting equipment.

Addictions Counselor – (Seneca County) The Addictions Counselor will be responsible for the screening, evaluation
and treatment of individuals who are experiencing problems associated with alcohol or other drugs. The incumbent will
complete comprehensive substance use disorder evaluations and will develop individualized treatment plans based on
these evaluations, with the primary focus on direct intervention and therapeutic services. Work is performed under the
general supervision of the Prevention and Treatment Program Director in the Mental Health Department. Incumbents are
expected to function independently with supervision to assist the Counselor in differential diagnoses and in utilizing a
variety of counseling approaches and techniques. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Either: A. Completion of all required
course work leading to a Master's degree in psychology, social work or a very closely related field plus one year of
counseling experience; or B. Graduation from an accredited New York State registered or regionally accredited 4 year

to develop a comprehensive service delivery. The Children’s Services Director addresses abd resolves issues
that impede delivery of services that are required to meet family / youth- driven needs. This position is
supervised by the Seneca County Director of Community Services with leeway for independent judgement
