“A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING SULTAN PAX S. MANGUDADATU, AL HAJ AS RAJAH BUAYAN SA BUAYAN SULTANATE”

WHEREAS, On December 10, 2006, Hon. Sultan Pax S. Mangudadatu was enthroned as Rajah Buayan sa Buayan Sultanate in the New Provincial Capitol Building, Kalawag II, Isulan, Sultan Kudarat;

WHEREAS, the enthronement is a mark of distinction for the crowned Rajah and an honor and privilege for the people and officials of the Province of Sultan Kudarat in having the Chief Executive of the Province as Rajah Buayan sa Buayan Sultanate;

WHEREAS, the distinction given to Sultan Pax S. Mangudadatu, Al Haj is just but a homage to the unfaltering dedication, exemplary performance and unwavering dedication of the Honorable Governor to public service which undoubtedly contributed in far-reaching amity between and among residents in the province and in nearby provinces, if not in the entire Region XII, as well;

WHEREFORE, on joint sponsorship of all the members present, upon motion of Hon. Datusalem A. Karon, it was-

WHEREAS, On December 10, 2006, Hon. Datu Muslimin G. Sema was enthroned as Datu sa Buayan sa Buayan Sultanate in the New Provincial Capitol Building, Kalawag II, Isulan, Sultan Kudarat;

WHEREAS, the enthronement is a mark of distinction for the crowned Datu and an honor and privilege for the people and officials of the City of Cotabato in having the Chief Executive of the City as Datu sa Buayan sa Buayan Sultanate;

WHEREAS, the distinction given to Hon. Datu Muslimin G. “A RESOLUTION APPROVING MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 02, SERIES OF 2006, OF THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF PRES. QUIRINO, SULTAN KUDARAT, ENTITLED “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING IN PART SECTION 2B, 03 (C) ARTICLE B OF THE MUNICIPAL TAX CODE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF PRES. QUIRINO, SULTAN KUDARAT”

WHEREAS, submitted for review in accordance with Section 468 par (a) (1) of RA 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, is Municipal Ordinance No. 02, Series of 2006 of the Sangguniang Bayan of Pres. Quirino, Sultan Kudarat;

WHEREAS, the said ordinance amends in part Section 2B, 03 (c) Article B of the Municipal Tax Code of the Municipality of Pres. Quirino, Sultan Kudarat;

WHEREAS, after careful perusal of the documents submitted, the August body has determined that the passage of the herein ordinance has complied with the requirements prescribed by law and it is within the scope of the prescribed power of the concerned sanggunian and of the mayor;


WHEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Bonifacio C. Enitorio, duly seconded by Hon. Leonidas L. Dela Cerna, it was-

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to approve Municipal Ordinance No. 02, series of 2006, of the Sangguniang Bayan of Pres. Quirino, Sultan Kudarat;

“A RESOLUTION APPROVING RESOLUTION NO. 2006-094 OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ISULAN, WHICH IS “A RESOLUTION ENACTING MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 2006-151 ISB, “AN ORDINANCE PARTIALLY REORGANIZING THE STAFFING PATTERN OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF ISULAN AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR”

WHEREAS, submitted for review in accordance with Section 468 par (a) (1) of RA 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, is Resolution No. 2006-094 of the Sangguniang Bayan of Isulan;

WHEREAS, the said resolution is “ A Resolution Enacting Municipal Ordinance No. 2006-151 ISB, “An Ordinance Partially Reorganizing the Staffing Pattern of the Municipal Government of Isulan and Appropriating Funds Therefor;”

RESOLUTION ENUMERATING THE OFFICIALS IN THE OFFICE OF THE SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN WHO ARE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED FORTY FOUR THOUSAND PESO GASOLINE, OIL AND LUBRICANTS AS INDICATED IN SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO 3 OF THE PROVINCE

WHEREAS, the members of the 10th Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Sultan Kudarat has passed and approved Resolution No. 125 on September 29, 2006 enacting Appropriation Ordinance No. 05 entitled “Supplemental Budget No.3 of the Province of Sultan Kudarat;

WHEREAS, indicated therein is the amount of One Hundred Forty Four Pesos for gasoline, oil and lubricants in the Office of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan;

WHEREAS, there is a need to enumerate the officials who are entitled to the said gasoline, oil and lubricants and how much is their allotment;

WHEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Binifacio C. Enitorio, duly seconded by

Hon. Datusalem A. Karon, it was-

“RESOLUTION ENACTING ORDINANCE NO. _____ ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE ITEM ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER II FROM THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNOR’S OFFICE TO SULTAN KUDARAT PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL, INCLUDING ITS BUDGETARY REQUIREMENTS, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2007”

WHEREAS, Mr. Eduardo L. Selvido, the Administrative Officer II in the Provincial Governor’s Office, has been detailed in the Sultan Kudarat Provincial Hospital as Administrative Officer;

WHEREAS, his presence has provided relief to the office as he performed accounting, budgeting and personnel management work;

WHEREAS, there is now a need to transfer the item Administrative Officer II from the Provincial Governor’s Office to Sultan Kudarat Provincial Hospital, including its budgetary requirements for Fiscal Year 2007;

WHEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Eliseo F. Castro, duly seconded by Hon. Jsoaquin D. Lim, it was-


RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to enact the following Ordinance, to wit:

ORDINANCE NO. _______

“AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE ITEM “ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER II” FROM THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNOR’S OFFICE TO SULTAN KUDARAT PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL, INCLUDING ITS BUDGETARY REQUIREMENTS. EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2007”

Section 1. The position of Administraive Officer II in the Provincial Governor’s Office is hereby transferred to Sultan Kudarat Provincial Hospital effective January 1, 2007.

Section 2. The budgetary requirements for the said position amounting to P269,718.00 is also hereby transferred from the Provincial Governor’s Office to Sultan Kudarat Provincial Hospital effective from the date of transfer of the said item, to wit:
