It was a great roller coaster ride with lot of ups and downs.With team work and good leadership we were able to successfully migrate from legacy system to SAP system .

Now we have a software solution that enables us to focus our energy 100% on our business development, market position, and core competencies. It’s a great tool to manage our business in a much more efficient and targeted way.

Business system transformation took place with SAP. This transformation of fragmented business operational system to world class ERP solution with SAP was possible due to Bectochem and CMC team joint efforts. SAP implementation project was successful with hard efforts and after passing difficult turns . With CMC perseverance and Bectochem commitment made system operational.

The project started with lot of difficulty as there was clear disconnect between CMC and Bectochem team about understanding expectations and reality. However the project was taken up as challenge by both managements and they percolated same challenge to respected team by their project managers.

It was slow process for change and it worked out very well. This SAP ERP system has taken Bectochem group of companies to next level.

New Application - Fitzmill

Gujrat Flurochemicals Ltd. ( GFL ) Dahej is largest producer of PTFE(Poly tetra Fluroethylene) in India. We have recently supplied DKSO12 Model . This is a new application of Comminuting Mill in Polymer Industry where Customer will be processing size reduction in newly purchased FitzmillComminutor in their process for wet milling of the reactor beads. Process involve wet milling 35% moisture and water as mention in process.

The initial Particle size 3-6mm Beds( 150 Micron ) to be Charged with water to get the Particle size 200 to 300 Micron . This Polymer is used in Molding , Liners , Tubes , Gaskets Automobiles .

BAR are now installed into their new facility at Plot 149/1, the new facility isnow fully operational complete withnew offices, relocated crane, new store,new toilet block and pantry.

The team at BAR successfully relocated to the new location in July and for the following month have been working to further improve the facility to be a successful production site.

We are feeling very sad to loose a team member of Bectochem Family, Mr. M.A Khan on 26.08.14 night due to acute illness.

Mr. M. A Khan was associated with Bectochem for over 2 years and was looking after vendor co-ordination for Material Handling Division.

We all will pray for his soul to rest in peace and may god give strength to his family to bear this Pain and hope that time and memories will help to lessen the burden of their sorrows.
