SHORT HISTORY

• Rohe Romania part of Tokheim Group - one of the world's leading manufacturers and servicers of fuel dispensing equipment, with operations in many countries around the globe, €476 million sales and around 3800 employees.

• Since 1994 Rohe Romania developed a wide range of technological activities for retail fuel market, which include major oil companies like Agip, Shell, Mol, Petrom, OMV, Lukoil and particular owners.

• Nowadays, Rohé Romania SRL can consider it self a leader on this market and one of few who can offer complete solutions (by our own staff and subcontractors) for fuel stations

• We offer a variety of services that cover a wide range of necessities for our clients. Therefore, every product we offer has all the authorizations and agreement notices requested by Romanian authorities.

• Rohé Romania SRL can also be considered a pioneer in various domains. We introduced for the first time groundbreaking technologies such as plastic pipes and double-wall tanks, according to our clients most strict standards.

• Also Rohe Romania started in 2004 to make it self a name in maintenance for terminals.

• Our most important resource have been the high-level specialists and the experienced professionals devoting their study and work towards the newest discoveries in this domain.

SHORT HISTORY- OUR COLLABORATION WITH OMV -

Even since OMV had come to Romania (1998) , Rohe Romania was in close collaboration for making the 80 filling stations and was the only provider for :

• delivery and execution of technology installations; ( tanks, pipes, etc)• Installations and commissioning for fuel dispensers;• Installations and commissioning for automatic car wash and related facilities (recycling units,

compressors, etc. )• Installations and commissioning for automatic tank level gauge systems ( Veeder Root;

Hectronic)• Retail Visual Identity including canopy sign ware, totem, logo pole-sign, city light display,

lightning forecourt signs (Kubald, Prolicht)• Installations and commissioning for management systems (Prisma)• General contractor for a number of 8 filling stations

All this time we offered maintenance for the equipment's that we have delivered and installed in all OMV network Starting with 01.08.2010 until 01.02.2011 we have insured on site support to the PumaPro systems.

Between 2005 and 2008, after the take over of SC Petrom SA by OMV Austria Rohe Romania had accomplished the following:

• delivered and installed technological installations in 135 filling stations • installed and commissioned over 300 fuel dispensers ( 112 filling stations) –Dresser Wayne

Pignone• installed and commissioned 35 car wash installations ( 20 roll overs and 15 jet wash)• Installed over 170 automatic tank level gauge systems Hectronic• Installed Retail Visual Identity in over 100 filling stations• Commissioned 214 Puma Pro management systems• General contractor for 25 filling stations

For al the equipment's the we have delivered Rohe Romania insured maintenance for the warranty period

Currently Rohe Romania is the most important general contractor for maintenance with 322 filling stations in service.

COMPANY PROFILEOrganization: Rohe Romania is one of the largest profile companies with: 120 employees, a fleet comprising of 74 vehicles and a turnover in 2011 of 12 million euros. A number of 12 branches allow operating with maximum efficiency while offering short response and resolution times. Solid logistic procedure are put in place to ensure optimal spare parts stocks across the service network.

Quick response branch:Usually 1 multipurpose vehicle and service crew. A spare parts stock is available on each vehicle.

County branch: Typically 2+ either specialized or multipurpose vehicles and service crew. A spare parts warehouse is also present.

Regional and main branch: 6+ either specialized or multipurpose vehicle and service crew. Extended spare parts storage facilities.

Since 2004 Rohé Romania SRL started to develop a new line of business - work in oil terminals as following:• General contractor:

– authorizations and “turn-key” execution;– project and fuel technology activity– design, endorsement and execution for environment compliance

• Design and assembly technology.– between 2004-2009 we were involved in:

• installed equipments of fiscal delivery measuring system ( FMC Measurement Systems)• equipments for heating pipes and tanks (delivered by TYCO THERMAL CONTROLS)• bottom loading arms • VRU ( Vapor Recovery Units) projects• limiter filling tanks being in operation Petrom Terminals network and other kind of

equipments– electrical and automation works– main operations consist in welded pipes & fittings, pumps, valves, equipments, tanks and pipes

Help DeskSince the first installed location in 1994, a need was felt for a helpdesk able not only solve IT and ECR related issues but also other issues critical to the smooth operation of petrol stations such as electrical problems, forecourt equipment, emergency events, etc.

Our Helpdesk in brief:• 24/7 availability;• Full covering of Romania and Rep. of Moldova;• 14 technicians with 2+ years of field experience;• Fluent English speakers;• 80+ % of calls picked up within 10 sec;• 80+ % of issues closed on first call;• Hotline team also acts as dispatcher for onsite

service crews;• Liaison between client and onsite teams;• Responds in politely and friendly manner to

customer enquiries.

Organization:• The Helpdesk service is formed by a team of 14 people with 2+ years of field experience; • The service is functioning on a 24/7 schedule serving Romania and Rep. of Moldova;• Three-tiered technical support in order to provide the best possible service in the most

efficient possible manner.• 1st level support handles 75%-85% of the user problems before finding it necessary to

escalate the issue to a higher level.• 2nd level support handles more complex issues as well as network wide problems and

client requests. Eg: updates deployment, data extraction, on field rollout support, etc;• 3rd level support handles extreme problems in close connection with the original

developers. Responsible for designing and developing one or more courses of action, evaluating each of these courses in a test case environment, and implementing the best solution to the problem;

Help DeskLocation: Situated in ROHE Bucharest Office Building it benefits from leading office infrastructure elements like computer telephony integration and feature-rich phone system, redundant internet access and power supply, training rooms and test environments.

On site supportFrom it’s beginnings offering onsite support to his clients was a mandatory task for ROHE Romania. Starting by offering support for dispenser counters and forecourt equipment, ROHE’s onsite services soon expanded to all the IT equipment and IT infrastructure to be found on a fuel station perimeter. Now ROHE is one of the few players on the market able to deliver complete IT service (dispensers, forecourt controller, ECR, networking, price pole, etc).

On site support in brief:• 24/7 availability for station critical incidents;• 11 Romanian subsidiaries and 1 branch in Rep. Moldova for optimum coverage of territory;• 4h maximum response time;• 6h maximum resolution time;• 56 highly qualified service technicians having engineer degrees or equivalent;• 35 fully equipped service cars;• Authorization by Romanian Fiscal Authority for ROHE technicians to service fiscal

equipment;.

Ticket management systemCurrently ROHE Romania is using two ticket management systems. ROHE Field Service Management, FSM in short, is used internally. In the commercial relation with OMV Petrom we are using REMEDY. Also beginning this year we started work on a new ERP system (ROHE CDMS) which will include and drastically improve FSM application.

ROHE FSM: used internally since 2004 for the management of customer requests, warranty tracking, spare parts stocks, route planning and management etc. Service technician on field are permanently connected to FSM via PDA terminals that enables them to receive information and send back intervention reports. Customers can check out the status of service requests via web access

REMEDY: ROHE was one of the first OMV Petrom suppliers using REMEDY since 2007. REMEDY is used not only for IT based request/tickets but for the whole range of service we provide: fuel dispensers, car wash, station technology, etc

Customers: Thru a web interface our customers can check the status of the open issues, solved issues or reports on already closed problems.

Internal: Incorporating all the major business processes of ROHE Romania, FSM is used on a daily basis by almost all employees.

On-site: Relevant data about open issues, spare parts, resolution times, etc is pushed to service technicians via PDA terminals

Solve Direct: needed data is pushed to Central Tokheim Ticketing System in Austria

The ticked management system is an integrated part of the Field Service Management Application (FSM). Started in 2004 as a simple management system FSM has now turned, thru continuous development and by incorporating ROHE’s core business processes, into a full fledged ERP system.
