WHO WE ARETon-Up Indianapolis is a charter member of Ton-Up International, a vintage motorcycle club with over a dozen chapters across Europe and North America. We pride ourselves on building our own bikes—with our own hands—in our own garages. Nine years ago, Rockers Reunion was created as an extension of that mentality and has since helped bring together and solidify a once fractured vintage/custom scene in Indianapolis.

In recent years, we’ve consistently seen 500+ bikes and over 1000 people at the show and expect those numbers to continue to climb. After years of successful events held on Indianapolis’ near north side, planned road construction projects have us looking for a new location. We see this as an opportunity to find a new home that will provide our attendees with additional activities beyond our popular Vendor Row.

Despite the location change, the event will remain true to what it’s always been at its core: a celebration of garage-built vintage motorcycles. Trophies are awarded for quality and creativity, and a bike that’s been ridden to the show will always edge out a bike that was trailered to it.

Rockers Reunion has grown to include several events: a Trophy Unveiling party held one month before the event, a concert the night before, an event-morning ride, the afternoon bike show, and an afterparty where trophies are awarded.

It’s a damned good time. You should join us.

3RD ANNUAL

TROPHY UNVEILINGHeld a month before Rockers Reunion during the city-wide art event called First Friday, the Trophy Unveiling was created to open up the motorcycling culture to those outside our normal circles. It also serves as a prime marketing opportunity for our sponsors.

Our hand-built trophies take center stage in a gallery setting (alongside other pieces of motorcycle-themed art), bikes take over the street-side parking, and beer and camaraderie are enjoyed by all. In each of its three years it has exceeded our expectations, becoming an event in its own right. 2014's event even played host to the Indianapolis unveiling of the highly anticipated Royal Enfield Continental GT, sponsored by Speed City Cycle.

ROLLING BONESThe day begins with our Rolling Bones Vintage Bike Run. In 2014 we had over 80 riders join us for a breakfast hosted by Speed City Cycle before setting off on a 100+ mile ride, ending at the bike show.

While the ride is intended primarily for vintage iron, all are welcome. For bikes newer than 30 years old, we simply request a donation to Riley Children’s Hospital. Last year we raised nearly $600 thanks to the overwhelming generosity of our participants!

Speed City is hosting again this year, so you won’t want to miss it. Head out to the garage, dust off the old girl, and join us!

9TH ANNUAL

VINTAGE BIKE SHOWOriginally conceived as a ride-and-park show for motorcycles that are garage built and ridden (no trailer queens), the bike show portion of Rockers Reunion has remained just that. Riders can come down, park their bike, and just hang out or they can enter the judged portion of the bike show in hopes of winning one of our hand-built trophies.

While the entered bikes are being judged by members of Ton-Up Indianapolis, attendees do what motorcyclists do best: drool over and talk about motorcycles with old friends and new. They can also spend some cash at Vendor Row or buy raffle tickets in hopes of winning one of the sponsor-donated prizes.

AFTERPARTY AND AWARDSFor the past two years, Flat 12 Bierwerks has proven to be the perfect place to unwind at the end of the event, which is why we’ll be returning for a third year.

Beer flows and food trucks serve up their tasty fare as the day’s trophies are awarded to some lucky and talented builders. It’s the perfect end to a perfect day.
