Reviewing SEC Comment Letters on Intelligize____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Scenario: An attorney has asked that you pull SEC Comment Letters about a specific topic, company or industry code. In this instance, the attorney would like to see Comment Letters issued by Examiner John Cash that are focused in on Risk Factors. Solution: Utilize the Comment Letters database in the Intelligize platform to focus on specific language using the keywords filter, or search by SEC Examiner, Forms, Topics, Company or Industry Code, to name a few. Since we are focused in on Examiner, John Cash and looking at Risk Factors we will utilize those specific filters. Step 1: Type in SEC Examiner’s name, John Cash, into that filter. Click Search to pull all Comment Letters John Cash has issued.

Step 2: Click on the Analytics button to show a graphical representation of all of the Comment Letters issued by topic. Click directly into the Risk Factors bar on the screen to show only those Comment Letters issued around Risk Factors.

Step 3: Use the export options at the top of the results screen to Print, Download or Email the results to the attorney.
